The Steadward Centre For Personal & Physical Achievement: Opinions
Fantastic experience: Excellent facility, truly, the staff and volunteers ensure a great time there whether it's your first or fiftieth! They offer multiple accessible work out classes with varying degrees of ability. They have a gym to work out and do one-on-one training. Accessible classes and equipment for a wide range of movement with well trained volunteers. They also have a lot of accessible equipment that can be modified for various needs (ie, seat removed from a rowing machine so a wheelchair user can access it.) Have been coming here for a few years and it's a really great environment for special needs fitness.
