Nu-fitness studio

Fantastic experience: It's been 6 months now and the group fitness classes have been great. My asthma is better, I've lost inches off my waist, and my shoulders look more defined. There are plenty of options available depending on your goals, and was very worth it for me to try the classes

She made me feel very comfortable and supported. She really knows how to push you, while making sure you’re doing the exercises correctly and safely. Overall, I highly recommend Nu-Fitness for anyone looking for a welcoming, results-driven fitness experience!

Fantastic experience: I went today with Fatima for my first session and since we had spoken before she understands my goals and she is helping me by giving me advice and also is amazing training you if you are a shy person and don't know where to start from on your work out Fatima is your girl! she is really professional and also trains amazing definitely she will be my trainer for now on, the gym is super clean smells amazing and has the equipment you need for your work out routines I highly recommend her. She gives good customer service and she also offers different training sessions and the music is amazing if you love music when you are working out!

Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Fatima for only 3 weeks and I have major changes. More energy, better mood and my body is toned. Just what I was looking for! Fatima is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. She will listen to what your goals are and she will make sure you reach them and will communicate with you throughout the sessions to makes sure you are happy in every way. She will give you the exercises that will help you reach your goals. The gym is not too big and not too small, just the perfect size. Always someone working out but I have the machines and weights available when I need them so I don't have to wait for them. The gym is ALWAYS SUPER SUPER CLEAN !!! I'd give a 10 STAR for LOCATION, MANAGEMENT, CLEANLINESS and OVERALLL but the max is 5 :) Thank you Fatima YOU ARE AMAZING! THANK YOU FOR COMING TO ANGUS!!!

Fantastic experience: Whether you like classes, cardio, weights, heavy bag, talk to Fatima. She knows what's up and will steer you in the right direction. Everything is so clean, and we'll maintained, always. This is the gym to go to in Angus.

Fantastic experience: Awesome studio! I love the fact that the gym is clean!!! Management is very friendly and motivating to achieve your workout goals. As I work in Barrie it’s great that I can work out at the studio on my way home. Love the look and new machines. I have been taking the group classes on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays and they’ve been amazing!!! I have seen the change in 3 weeks. The HIT training shows results!!!

Joined with my husband who have not worked out in 30 years, Fatima pushed and motivated us and the results in just few weeks are incredible. It is my home gym since it is so close to home.
