Fantastic experience: I have just completed a six month training session with Maz.I am a woman in her seventies who has always exercised.During the pandemic I was forced to stop the yoga classes.After four years I noticed a difference in my body: decreased energy and strength.Because my daughter was training with Maz,she recommended I try sessions with him.He has organized a program that takes into consideration my past injuries.I am surprised how successful I was able to accomplish the exercises.It has given me back my energy,strength and balance.It’s never too late! Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about Maz. Working with him has completely transformed my body and made me feel 10 years younger. His expertise, motivation, and personalized care has helped me achieve results that I never thought were possible. Not only have we worked on strength training but we have also worked on my overall health, posture and functional strength. What sets apart Maz from other trainers are: 1. He takes genuine care of his clients and tailor makes exercises to encounter client goals and issues 2. Fantastic experience: Working with Maz from FeelFitLookFit has been amazing for both my physical and mental health! I've been lacking the motivation to make my health a priority but after starting sessions with Maz it became a lot easier! He holds you accountable for practicing a proper calorie deficit and makes sure that you're always making progress with workouts. I also ask a lot of questions on the why's of training, and Maz is great at being responsive to those questions to ensure I know why I'm doing what I am. I recently helped my family move, and what would normally be a daunting task felt surprisingly easy. My endurance held up for over four hours of climbing stairs, and lifting heavy objects was effortless thanks to how much stronger I've become. As per the name, working with Maz has really helped me feel fitter, small things like not struggling as much when walking with friends or seeing pant sizes go from 44 to 40 are super motivating to keep going! Not to mention dropping from 320lbs to 260lbs. This in combination with Maz's amazing attitude, makes FeelFitLookFit the only thing I pay for monthly that I would never consider getting rid of.

Fantastic experience: Working with Maz has helped me tremendously. I discussed with Maz what I have been experiencing physically and he was able to address these concerns through his client focused approach. Maz understands the different needs of clients and provides solutions. I had a hip and groin pain and tightness. Through Maz's expertise in diet planning, mobility and strength training I am pain free and lost 20 LBS in 3 months.

Fantastic experience: Working with Maz has been a transformative experience for me. Before I started training with him, I was in poor health. I have a young family and a busy law practice, which unfortunately resulted in me neglecting my health. I was tired all the time and I frequently found myself out of breath when climbing up the stairs at Union Station, on my way to work. I knew something had to change and that’s when I sought Maz’ expertise, to improve my overall health and well-being. I told Maz I wanted to work with him because I primarily wanted to have more energy to work around the house and I wanted to keep up with my growing child. I also wanted to look better and have improved cardiovascular health. Lastly, I wanted to do something fun, and Maz has made weight training very exciting and exhilarating for me. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I progress and lift heavier weights. Since I started working with Maz, I have lost approximately 14 pounds in just 2 months. I feel healthier, I am more mindful about what food I consume and what I put into my body. I have also stopped snoring, I have an improved resting heart rate, I have more energy to work around the house and more energy to play with my baby. I also feel better about my physical appearance and I have lost a lot of fat around my mid section. I am currently trying to build more muscle and improve my physique even more, with Maz’ guidance and support. I think you should select Maz as a trainer as he is a very kind, friendly and accommodating guy. He has an extremely pleasant demeanour and works very hard to ensure that all his clients are satisfied. Maz gives you the tools to succeed with both diet monitoring and tailoring an exercise program. He adapts his training program and gives you a bespoke solution to meet your fitness goals and cater to your needs. Maz also encourages you to learn more about diet and exercise and you can have meaningful discussions with him about nutrition and fitness. Thank you Maz for all your hard work. Fantastic experience: I started training with Maz right after I finished uni. Because of how busy I had been, I had been super inconsistent with both my nutrition and going to the gym- I could never stick to my routine. I used to find the gym a super intimidating place where I didn't know where to even start. Maz made me feel comfortable from the jump and taught me so much. He never judged me at all, made me feel comfortable training with him, and always gave advice and answered any questions I had in a way that motivated me onwards and upwards. I knew the workouts wouldn’t be easy but I always felt excited for our sessions. The way I started to view nutrition and exercise completely changed to the point where I finally started to gain healthy weight and my physical health improved. My self esteem skyrocketed. I’ve gained 15lbs of muscle, feel more confident in my own skin, have a much healthier and more enjoyable relationship with food, and feel way stronger and way more energetic on a day to day. After struggling with consistency for so long, I’ve finally been consistent for over a year and I think that speaks to just how great I think Maz and his programs are. Fantastic experience: I was going through some personal challenges and felt out of shape. I needed a boost mentally and physically and knew that fitness done right can change your life When working with Maz, I told him during our consultation on the phone that I wanted to make sure I knew how to perform exercises and the proper technique. I also was looking to improve my energy and my sleep In just 2 months I already feel so much better. He’s already helped me accomplish all of my short term goals and I feel much stronger and healthier Maz is a great Coach. He’s made a program specifically for me and adjusted it as time went on based on how I was progressing. He also made a nutrition plan for me and has kept me accountable to it. Fantastic experience: I've always had a hard time gaining weight and keeping it on but this year I wanted to get serious about my goals and working with Maz has been a game-changer. I started at 150 pounds, aiming to reach 170, and in just 3 months, I've already gained 10 pounds in muscle. Maz is an incredible trainer who focuses on both health and fitness, tailoring his approach to fit my busy lifestyle. Fantastic experience: I wanted to lose my belly and feel more healthy and strong. I never liked the environment of the gym near me and for that reason was never consistent with my training. I also never knew if I was doing the right things and thought my technique needed work. I have enjoyed training with Maz from the beginning and find the experience at his gym much more enjoyable. My body has definitely changed since working with him. I’ve built broader muscles and have lost a good chunk of my belly fat. I also used to have some shoulder pain on one side but he’s helped me get rid of that as well. He has kept me accountable and given me guidance with the nutrition. Maz is a very smart, likeable, and committed personal trainer and I strongly recommend him if you are in the Milton area.

Fantastic experience: I moved back to Milton from Owen sound with a lot of new goals, one of them being getting in the best shape of my life. My Dad was already working with Maz and highly recommended him so the transition was easy. From day one Maz made and constantly tailored my plan to my specific needs, helped keep me accountable with nutrition and exercise, and pushed me when I needed it. There were moments when I wanted to give up but I continued to keep showing up. I was finally able to lose 30lbs, I’m way stronger than I was before, I can do much more in my daily life, my clothes fit me way better, and I feel much better, healthier, happier, and more confident. Fantastic experience: I’ve lost over 52 pounds! Down two shirt sizes, down several pant sizes, and am significantly more optimistic about my continued healthy lifestyle. Maz has put up with my mental blocks and helped push past what I felt was achievable. He has provided advice beyond the gym by helping organize nutrition. Fantastic experience: When I first started personal training at the gym my goal was to feel stronger, healthier, and more fit through exercise. Maz helped me accomplish those things from the very beginning. Within a week I noticed my posture getting much better, I had a habit of always looking down but through his training I immediately found it natural and easy to keep my shoulders back and my head up, it no longer took any thought or effort. Within two weeks my energy started to improve, I started to realize that exercise was giving me more energy and making my life easier, not harder. Three weeks in and I noticed how much stronger I had become, I started lifting weights I had never imagined lifting and doing exercises and movements I never thought possible for me, and I can see how much stronger that made me feel outside of the gym. My cardio has also improved tremendously and the aches and pains that I once had, have completely gone away. From there the positives have only piled up and I continue to feel better and better about my continued health. It’s a shame I see too many of my peers lose their health as they age but the exercise and training with Maz has only made me feel younger and healthier. I struggled with sticking to my routine before, but the sessions at the gym with Maz have really helped keep me accountable. He’s also easy to get along with and fun to be around while keeping focus on the task at hand, in a professional manner. You can tell he really knows his stuff. I continue to enjoy training with Maz and highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I stared working with Maz right after Covid restrictions ended. At that time, I was completely out of shape and had trouble carrying with my 3-month old for extended periods of time. Maz helped me regain my confidence, look fit and also feel more energetic and resilient than ever. He listens to your goals, designs a plan according to them and keeps adjusting it over time to make sure you don't get board with them. Maz also helped me get a sense of my eating habits and how to adopt more healthy ones. The combination of workout and calorie tracking helped me lose 20+ lbs in 1.5 years. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Before working with Maz I was overweight and it was affecting my family life. As a Dad I found it hard to keep up with my kids. With Maz’s help I was able to lose 30lbs, no longer have any aches or pains, and I feel stronger than ever. My quality of life has improved ten fold and I now find it easy to be the Dad I’ve always wanted to be. Fantastic experience: Before I came to Maz, injuries and work got in the way of my consistency. For a period of 1 year I didn't exercise because of work and I came to Maz with the initial goal of gaining muscle in my weak areas. He was friendly, knowledgeable and receptive to these goals and got me started on correcting my form. We quickly found out that paired with bad flexibility/mobility and a desk job lifestyle, I've been throwing my back every other month in and out of the gym. During our sessions I was impressed with how Maz improvised new exercises and techniques that got me to work around my injuries. My goals soon changed to improving my mobility and counteracting the results of my sedentary lifestyle. Maz was super helpful in steering my program in the right direction. He knew when to push my limits and taught me many useful mental queues that helped me get the most out of my exercises. After a month of focusing on strength and mobility I'm proud to say I no longer have lower back pain, in fact my back has been feeling stronger each day. I've achieved new levels of flexibility and I can even reach my toes which is something I haven't done since I was a kid! After this I decided to lose weight. Maz got me started on measuring my calories, protein and weight each day. He even made me accountable by making me do burpees if I did not keep up with my goals for the week. I'm happy to say that I consistently lost weight and went from 156 to 143 over 3 months. I am currently the most confident, leanest, athletic and aesthetic I've ever been. Maz told me I'll always be busy with my job, so the only way to achieve my goals is to make it happen regardless. Now I feel great since I no longer get back pain, I have a more healthy, athletic, capable body and I have the confidence and mindset to just handle more in life. I'm extremely grateful to Maz and I'm looking forward to see how much more I'll improve in the future.
Thanks for such an awesome review Ernest! I remember when you couldn't stretch half way down your legs without getting severe back pain. Yet, now you can deadlift 150lbs with ease! You went from feeling tight and stiff and now you feel mobile and free and I'm glad you're seeing it make such a big difference in your daily life. Not only have you also lost insane amounts of body fat and really improved your body composition but you've also got so much stronger and built a ton of muscle while doing so! Fantastic experience: Personal training isn't just for young people or weight lifters. I am a middle aged woman who was a bit intimidated to even come into the gym much less hire a trainer. For a long time the only place I would set foot is the pool, the bikes and treadmills. The area with the free weights is mostly really big young men and I didn't fit in or feel confident to use any of the equipment. After suffering from chronic back pain for years I decided to go to the gym and get some help with this. Maz has been a tremendous help. Not only does he have a great attitude but he knows what he is doing. He's able to explain how to use the machines properly. Just showing someone isn't enough. The program he set up for me has moved things along at a pace faster than I expected. Now not only is my back pain gone but I am able to lift heavier things in my everyday life without issues. I had also given up on the idea of weight loss at some point, but after accomplishing my initial goal with Maz I decided to give it a final shot and ended up losing 20lbs in the span of 2 months. Training is well worth the money and time to improve the quality of your life and Maz is the guy to help with this.

Fantastic experience: I started my incredible journey with Maz with a goal to lose 30lbs. I had been having issues with shortness of breath and leg/knee pain. With Maz’s encouragement and expertise as a personal trainer, the leg pain gradually disappeared leaving me feeling like a new person, so much more energy and able to return to my normal routine. Previously, I tried my own diets, whereby the weight would come off, only to come back shortly afterwards. He helped me with my nutrition and kept me accountable for my weight loss by tracking my daily weight and comparing the weekly average which dropped continuously every week. I’ve now surpassed my goal and have lost 50lbs. The shortness of breath has improved and I no longer need to use an inhaler. I find Maz to be very knowledgeable as a personal trainer, offering constructive feedback and encouragement to do my very best. He explains and demonstrates new routines and why it is important for your success. While he is serious and professional, Maz is also personable and cares for his clients best interest. Fantastic experience: Working with Maz over the past 2 years has been an amazing experience. He made me feel comfortable yet knew how to challenge me from day 1. With his exercise plans, coupled with his advice on nutrition and creating better habits, I’ve been able to lose 64 pounds. I’ve also went down from a size 16-18 to a size 12-14. The more consistent I was, the more results I saw. Maz is super personable, encouraging and a great person to champion you on throughout your fitness journey!

Fantastic experience: Initially, when getting started with a trainer I was ridiculously nervous. I have had fitness trainers before, however my experience with every single one of them was less than pleasant, so I was quite skeptical of Maz when I first met him. All of those doubts and concerns washed away just in the first week, right from the start Maz was very clear with me, answering any questions I asked and never leaving me with any doubt. All my previous trainers pushed me too far beyond my limits, causing me to create a negative opinion on cardio and fitness overall. Maz never did this, in fact I owe my love for weightlifting now to him. From the beginning he looked at how difficult any exercise was for me and adjusted accordingly, always pushing me hard enough to my limit, but never so far that I started to hate coming to the gym. Instead of going straight into diets and cutting out things such as carbs and sugar, he made suggestions and told me advice that was sustainable and that I could actually accomplish if I really put my mind to it. He isn’t only great in fitness either, between sets Maz is amazing to talk to. Most of the fitness trainers I have had in the past are always about “gains” and I could never talk to them without a conversation winding up about that. It made me feel as though I was just talking to a machine that could only talk about fitness. Maz is nothing short of the complete opposite, from the first day we met he was chill, funny and is overall a very genuine guy. He also passes on so much knowledge during this period, I have learned more in just 6 months of doing weight training than I have my entire life! Overall my experience with Maz has been absolutely incredible, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.

Fantastic experience: I was at my highest weight and it was starting to affect my health. I signed up for a gym membership but I had no idea where to start or what to do. I decided to sign up for personal training with Maz and I can confidently say that it is the best decision I have ever made. I struggled a lot with my confidence, motivation and staying consistent but Maz has always been patient with getting me back on track.
