Fantastic experience: Fantastic place! The facility is well setup and easy to figure out. $20 after tax for an hour of a completely private space, multiple batting machines, about a hundred balls, helmets, bats, everything! Can’t complain. Give this place a try, check out the website.

Positive experience: It was easy to access and there were plenty of balls. However, I couldn't figure out the get the softball machine going. The other machines worked great. I would recommend this place for the price.

Fantastic experience: It's so good to have a batting cage facility around, and it's near me, bonus! The owner is passionate about baseball and family, super chill and friendly, couldn't ask for more. Booking is a breeze too, on the website. Price is very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: You can't beat a $20 batting cage for an hour. Good for Tim for doing this for local baseball players in the area. Seriously Tim - thank you for what you are doing to grow the game and allow people to try things out in a safe environment.

Fantastic experience: It's a great practice facilit. I found the speedometer after our hour was over but I'm looking forward to knowing how fast the pitches were actually going.

Fantastic experience: No problem reserving and using this facility. Shared with others readily. It is far and away the best bang for the buck in the region that I know of. I will definitely be returning.

Negative experience: Just had a bad experience with “Tim” The Cage, Newmarket, who I believe may be the owner? We reserved softball cages (in prep for Canadians Championships at the end of the week) on their website for 7:00pm, signed waiver (with cell phone number) and sent email money transfer for payment of the booking. At 5:30pm “Tim” emails me telling me to resend the transfer cause he didn’t know what the password was (no auto deposit?). I resent the transfer as soon as I received his email, he then advised me that the cages were now booked by someone else (it is now 6pm and party of 3 were already on route to Newmarket from Barrie). I wasn’t going to post a review but, he then proceeded to email me and snarkily ask me how he was supposed to guess my password (it was “cages”). I will note, there were zero instructions on how to give him the password to the emt (no phone number, no email, no proposed password, nothing). He did not call me to clarify, just cancelled booking within an hour of the reservation which was booked at 2:00pm. Later in the evening I received an email which read “You are correct. You won't be back. Quite frankly I'm concerned you wouldn't be able to operate the equipment if composing a security question with an obvious answer causes difficulty”. This guy would rather have a pissing contest and insult my intelligence rather than adjust his procedures to ensure adequacy of service. Disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Great place to practice batting. You need to have a second person along to feed balls into the pitching machine. Bring your own helmet and bat. You can also practice pitching if you have a second person to be the catcher. Only one group at a time during the time slot that you book.

Positive experience: Good set up kids working on their baseball skills, a definite plus for parents while waiting for your child, there's entertainment to get you by
