Fantastic experience: Such a great workout

Fantastic experience: I love that I just book my classes and show up! The plethora of equipment is already set up, the screens guide you through the workout (that’s always different) along with a coach who’s looking out for you and giving encouragement through the challenging classes. The studio itself is beautiful, I remember when this location was a restaurant. This isn’t my home gym but when I’m in the city visiting family I’m glad I can still get a workout in!

Fantastic experience: The classes are challenging, fun and only 45 min! I really like that the vibe in the studio is friendly and calm, not filled with over the top "motivational" hype. The trainer I had was really helpful and made modifications to exercises when I needed them. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff, members are all so welcoming and friendly. Facilitaties are beautiful. They have thought of everything! Never would have believed you if you had said I would be a morning fitness person...but here I am doing 530am classes and loving it! You will be hooked. Its always different, which I love. Trainers are so supportive and motivating. The owner delivers absolutely outstanding customer service. Personally called me to help me out with the logistics of my schedule. Im so so so happy to have found 'my spot'. The smile on my face since I started says it all. Highly recommend!
