Fantastic experience: I was in Montreal for work and a friend invited me to hot yoga with Redggy on a Monday evening and oh wow was I impressed! Redggy has a pleasant and motivating spirit! In the abs and core workout, I felt pushed to keep going! The music is nice, definitely a vibe! The cold towels at the end are a cute and considerate touch! If I lived in Montreal, I would definitely have signed up for a membership!

Fantastic experience: One of the best fitness yoga studios in the city. After training there for over 8 months, I feel stronger mentally and physically. Teachers and students are the kindest I’ve met and the ambiance is always welcoming, not to mention the music that will make you think you’re at the club while doing a round of sun salutations⚡️

Fantastic experience: Je voulais au début faire une session par semaine juste pour les étirements etc… après 5 mois je me retrouve dans 4 classes, chapeau bas pour l’équipe créatif qui lance toujours des classes tous niveaux répondent au besoin de ses membres. Fantastic experience: Incredible yoga studio with the most vibrant fitness community in Laval. Great wide range of classes for all levels where they combine elements of yoga, hiit, boxing, pilates, full body workout and more. No form of this new sport of fitness yoga exists elsewhere in the world. Whether you want to lose weight, improve cardio, improve flexibility, improve strength, get into yoga or just get in shape they have classes for your needs! Redggy, Dave, Yris, Mirna, Eugenie, Kae and Audrey are all excellent instructors who genuinely care about their students and will push you beyond your limits. On top of it all you get to work out with amazing music with a fire sound system in the room! After being here consistently for 8 months myself my flexibility improved greatly, my cardio improved, my bodyweight strength improved, my mental strength improved and I have made tons of new friends! I can assure you will have a great workout here and you will be welcomed by the community with open arms regardless of your fitness level or background. Namaste!!

Fantastic experience: I lost 20lbs in 1 month with Redggy’s hot yoga class

Negative experience: Unfortunately this is going to be a mixed review. Back in April 2023, I attended a trial class given by Redggy at a location called Carrefour Multisports. The location is phenomenal and the content of the class was perfect for a beginner yogi. I enthusiastically signed up for 10 sessions and made a commitment to make yoga part of my routine. Unfortunately, on multiple occasions the instructor did not show up for the class (2 separate occasions this happened) On a third occasion another instructor gave the class however the class started late. Sometimes even 30 minutes late. Additionally the app Mindbody is not working properly and will only allow me to reserve as a drop in even though I signed up with the app and created a password. I reset the password a couple of times and issue persists. It is unacceptable to have a no show by the instructor especially when it has been communicated that the app isn't functioning properly. To rectify the unpleasant experience I did a formal complaint and provided my contact informtion. I have yet to receive a call or e-mail. I am extremely disappointed as I perceive this as a lack of commitment, discipline, and respect towards me and your clients who paid for this service. Why am I not being called back to discuss my experience so that we can address the issues? I have no trust in your desire to fulfill your promised service. It was easy for you to receive payment through the gym you chose to operate in yet you are not fulfilling your obligations. Extremely disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: Incroyable expérience! Le Centre est beau, c'est super propre, les professeurs sont d'expérience et le service est sans reproche. Les cours eux sont inégalés... J'y vais seul, en famille et en groupe avec des amis. Une recommandation plus que facile. 11/10! Bravo!
