Fantastic experience: I’ve been a Peak Performance member for about 3 years; I like having the options - 1:1/small group personal training, classes (aren’t too many in a class), or using an App. I appreciate the knowledge of the trainers, their education, the ability to have a body analysis and nutrition advice. Modifications are given when recovering from an injury/health issue. The camaraderie and motivation provided by fellow members and the trainers is always appreciated and ‘keeps me going’. Melissa runs a gym that is welcoming/inclusive, clean, and has good equipment.
Fantastic experience: One of the best decision's I made for myself was joining Peak Performance, Melissa’s knowledge and expertise is invaluable, I feel much so much stronger. The atmosphere is wonderful, another bonus is the addition of Mindy, wonderful Instructor!!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Conveniently located in Brockville and amazing trainers. Get the most for your time and have some personal training, the attention to detail is top notch. Kind, friendly and safe environment.
Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to start going to Peak Performance a few months ago, and it has been absolutely life changing for me. I currently do personal training and jump fit with Bridgette, who continues to motivate and support me each and every time I see her. HIIT classes with Emma are so intense that I never leave without dripping sweat and having an accomplished feeling. Melissa works so hard to make Peak Performance an incredible community, and her expertise, dedication to her clients, and kindness never goes unnoticed. Peak Performance is a place that I look forward to going to as much as I can because it’s somewhere that everyone feels comfortable and welcome, regardless of your experience in the gym. The variety of classes and times to attend makes it super easy to ensure that I stay consistent, even when life gets busy. I am definitely a Peak Performance lifer, and am so grateful that I found such an amazing place to work on bettering my health and fitness!

Fantastic experience: I like the group exercises and workouts that combine the attention of a personal trainer and the motivation from a group atmosphere. It’s fun and it’s hard work. I’ve been a member for 1 year and I am noticing physical changes and increased strength and mobility. Melissa is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and adjust workouts to our individual specific needs. She had a great team!

Fantastic experience: This isn’t just a gym. It’s like a family. Everyone is so kind and inviting. Each member has different goals but everyone encourages one another to be the best they can be to reach the goal they have set for themselves. The puppies are a HUGE bonus. Bella and Winston always greet you at the door with a warm welcome :)
Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Peak Performance for a year now, and absolutely love it here. The team of Melissa, Emma and Bridgette are so welcoming, it is really like a family here. I attend the small group training classes either at 715 or 1000, and they are fantastic. Every day is different so it is not boring. Everyone works at their own pace , so whether you are new to the gym,or in your 20s or 60s it is your Individual program. It is like you are having personal training only in a small group. The trainers know you and your limitations, but also encourage you to improve your strength. Wednesdays we have mobility and stretching class which is fantastic. There really is something for everyone with HITT classes and now Pound classes in evening, and à circuit class Weekend Warrior on Saturdays. Or you can just come and workout. Melissa is also working with my chiropractor to rehabilitate an injury providing individual mobility, exercises, and stretches for me. Also available at no extra cost is nutrition assement and plan!
Fantastic experience: I have joined a few gyms in my workout journey but Peak Performance is hands down the best place I have been. It has amazing trainers (Emma, Mel, Bridgette), classes for all levels of exercise and a family atmosphere. We all take care of one another and encourage each other to become the best versions of ourselves. If you are looking for a gym family to keeep you motivated and get you where you need to be, this is hands down the place for you.
Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym I have ever been to! Melissa is supportive, knowledgeable, and so much fun to train with. She worked with me in detail to build a meal plan that worked for me and has amazing group programs as well if you aren’t interested in one on one training. The facility is bright and spacious. The gym has everything you need to get a great workout in and is kept very clean!
Fantastic experience: Working with Melissa has totally transformed the way I see my body. This is the first time in my life (since I stopped swimming at 17, at least!) that I have been able to work out regularly, for several months, without injury. The results I see after making it to 3 months, then 4 months of the right workouts on the right schedule, are deeply satisfying in a way that I haven’t felt before. It’s all thanks to Melissa. She even helped me work out at home over Zoom when COVID restrictions forced gyms to close. Anyone can make a workout plan, but the difference with Melissa is that she knows when to push me a little harder (by increasing the weights or reps), when to change it up, when to cajole me into one more set, when to tell me to rest. She asked me what I needed and truly listened- in my case, in order to get physical results, I needed someone to hold me accountable for showing up, pushing me without letting me get over-zealous and injuring myself, and she has fully delivered on that. Bottom line: Melissa is awesome, her space is great for productive workouts, and the service she provides is worth every penny.
