Negative experience: The manager (female) is unprofessional. Did not even greet us. When I attempted to get her attention, she walked right by us. She is also unpolished. She looked like she rolled out of bed. Lack of professionalism.

Negative experience: Overpriced than other shops or online. Don't have a customer washroom.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience here. Amazing selection of tracksuits, gym wear and jerseys. Special shoutout to Nick Larusso for making my experience even more special. Excellent customer service was provided! Will be coming back.

Negative experience: I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Adidas online. Unfortunately, one of them was too big and had to be returned. The return policy on the website clearly states that returns are processed within 10 business days from the time they're dropped off with the courier. I dropped off my return with Purolator on May 5. It is now May 17. I called Adidas customer service 3 times, only to be told that refunds take up to a month. This is contrary to what Adidas has published on their website. Processing returns in a timely manner is not a priority to Adidas. That alone, should tell you how much they value their customers. There is something seriously wrong with the process of a business that doesn't have any issues with taking the money up front, but takes their sweet time refunding it. This is not how you win customer loyalty and return business, at least not with me. There are better companies out there. Online buyers beware!!

Positive experience: Descent selection. Was looking for some Soccer jerseys. Unfortunately they didn't have Arsenal shirt I was looking for, but had a good selection of other teams.

Positive experience: Employee store that has some friend and family days. New adidas and Reebok shoes and clothing available.
