Fantastic experience: A great gym considering its a very small town.

Positive experience: Glad to have a gym close by that has all the equipment needed. I'm not sure why reviews include personal information about the manager that has nothing to do with the gym, I honestly don't care who they pick up or don't. Don't be weird.

Negative experience: The manager picks guys up and sleeps with them. Heard it from more than 1 group of guys. Apparently it's thr young ones too, and she has no problem gawking if she likes you. Smh

Fantastic experience: I have attended this gym on and off for several years. Gym is always clean, the community is great, and they recently added more cardio equipment

Fantastic experience: The gym is pretty good. It’s always clean and not very crowded. Been going regularly for the past month and enjoying it. 10/10 recommend.

Negative experience: Told them i didnt want auto renew.. but of course they did... crooks!

Fantastic experience: I have no issue with the gym other than the fact that I would like to see machines fixed quicker so they can be utilized. But considering how much time I can get the gym to myself or with little to no crowding and it's close enough to home that I can go before work, I'm happy.

Positive experience: Really nice place. Clean with friendly staff. Name is a bit misleading though. As far as I know, they don't offer any ice for you to skate on. UPDATE: since my last review, this place has changed ownership and is now EHPC, which does, in fact, have synthetic ice during the summer months. In my opinion the change over has been quite good, old machines are being replaced and they've reorganized (quite a few times lol). The prices are decent, and the staff is good. Keeping my rating at 4 stars, because it definitely has some room for improvement but I'm sure they'll get there

Fantastic experience: One of my fav places

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym!! Perfect place for me to increase my muscle strength and mass now that I've retired. It's great to get back to the variety of machines and free weights that I don't have at home. Friendly staff, respectful patrons, energetic music and it's always clean. Is affordable as well. :)

Negative experience: The gym itself is adequate. However I’ve been too busy to go and decided to cancel my membership. I went in and it was easy, no problem to cancel and I was aware that there was an $80 cancellation fee which I was told would be debited on the same day of the month they always do (the 18th). It was a Friday when I cancelled and they attempted to debit my account on Monday, 5 days before they said they would. Now I have an NSF charge and called them to ask what happened? I was immediately told that I must have misunderstood what I was told and I must not have heard them right and if I had read their terms of service I would have know it would happen this way? Suffice to say this lady was absolutely unwilling to take any responsibility whatsoever for what I believe was her mistake is misinforming me and I asked point blank if this was the case and she confirmed. All that said, I likely would have rejoined in the future if it were not for this but, they have lost my business now for good! It really surprises me that a small business in a small town like this would have such absolute disregard for customer service like this? Maybe I’m wrong, maybe they are, maybe a little of both but seems like poor service to me...NOT HAPPY

Positive experience: It's a small gym but has a wide variety of equipment and usually isn't too busy. It's very rare that I can get the machine I want. Sometimes frustrating to find space to stretch/do floor work when there's a group class going out, so I'd say that's really my only complaint, that I wish there were more open space for that.
