Fantastic experience: I've been going to the group classes for a month now and I can't say enough good things about this place. The gym, the atmosphere and the energy are great. The owners are very nice and professional. The class will never be easy, but you will always finish your workout feeling very satisfied and powerful. I have seen great results and look forward to renewing my membership (plus, the best prices in town). Highly recommend!

My trainer, Ali, pushes me everyday to be better not only physically but mentally as well. He genuinely really cares about his clients and he goes above and beyond to help them in every way possible.
