No Limits Youth Organization is dedicated to creating accessible, cutting-edge, and health-oriented opportunities for all youth in the Quinte Region. Founded in 2012 by Peter and Brenda Gabriel, this inspiring organization aims to empower young individuals, especially those with special needs, to explore their passions through structured programs in dance, basketball, and football.
At No Limits, we believe that dreams should know no boundaries. Our mission is clear: to ensure that no physical, mental, or financial barriers hinder youth from achieving their fullest potential. Our dedicated coaches foster an environment of teamwork, motivating each participant to set personal goals and build self-confidence. We instill a sense of belonging and acceptance, creating a community that feels like family.
Our diverse range of programs includes recreational and competitive dance classes, basketball leagues for various age groups, and specifically tailored activities for children with special needs. Additionally, our summer camps and community events offer exciting ways for youth to engage and grow.

Negative experience: Was a little disappointed that they only have dance, basketball and football. Otherwise they dont have anything else. It's not really "no limits"
Fantastic experience: Very nice and AFFORDABLE dance studio for kids. I would recommend it 100%

Fantastic experience: Great teachers... Great prices and wide variety of classes... From ballet to hip hop and even some breakdancing.... Kids have gone for 2 years now!!! Gret place.. You can even work out while kids are in class!!! Classes for toddlers to teens!!! Stuff to entertain the kids not in class which includes... Tic tac toe... Jenga... And the cutest lil pup and her daddy to entertain everyone.
Fantastic experience: Took an adult hip hop workshop with Justine and it was a blast! I met some new friends, got a great workout and we made a stellar music video to showcase our hardwork. Only wish is to make the workshops longer 6 weeks is not enough! Highly recommend this place. Can't wait until next season.

Fantastic experience: My 11-year-old daughter started here this year and loves is so far, prices are amazing, lots of activities throughtout the year and Brenda the owner is amazing and so friendly! We are looking forward to all the activities and the end of the year performance!
