Fantastic experience: The team here works hard to create a supportive environment and sense of community. My daughter (8) loves the Jui Jitsu classes, the instructors are engaging and knowledgeable, and I’m often impressed by older students and their role modeling for the younger kids. For me, the Muay Thai and boot camp classes have been transformational. My fitness level has increased dramatically over the past year and I’ve received so much support to fulfill my goal of fighting this past October. I couldn’t be more grateful for everything this gym has given me.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Dojo, The Sensei's are great! They care and it shows, I have my 9 yr old daughter Cassidy doing brazilian and traditional jiu jitsu and I am doing the same with adults. They remember every members name which shows they care on a personable note (there are MANY kids). They are patient and professional. The kids learn martial arts but also have a blast! I would highly recommend Aylmer Jiu-Jitsu to anyone looking to learn self defence and discipline

I came in looking for quality Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, and I’ve been blown away by the level of training, support, and community here. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but what really sets them apart is their passion for teaching. They break down techniques in a way that's easy to understand, and they’re always around to offer personal tips that have seriously elevated my game. The dojo itself is clean, well-organized, and welcoming to everyone—whether you're a complete beginner or have experience. The atmosphere is encouraging and pushes you to grow in every class. The BJJ classes have an awesome sense of camaraderie, and I love that they offer women-only sessions, making it feel safe and empowering. The Muay Thai sessions are intense but so worth it. You’ll sweat, learn a ton, and leave feeling like you can take on anything. Highly recommend to anyone interested in martial arts. It's more than just a dojo—it's a community!

Fantastic experience: Nos enfants ont commencé un cours ils y a environ 7 mois. Elles ont adoré et pratiquent maintenant 2 à 4 fois par semaine. Les cours pour adultes (débutants) sont aussi d'excellents entraînements physiques: je pratique maintenant le muay thaï et bjj sur une base hebdomadaire aussi.

Negative experience: I was hoping to be able to share an amazing review as all the reviews seem positive but unfortunately this is not the case. I was told by numerous people that martial arts is a great way to instill discipline in overactive children. After about 2 months, I was informed by the instructor that my children aged 4 and 6, do not listen during class and he is unable to continue running the class because of them. This made me feel really bad and I didn't want my kids to be a bother to the group, so the only option was to remove them from the program. When I canceled my membership I was never asked why I decided to cancel. The staff seemed to be very nice but the way it was handled was really hurtful and could have been delt with much differently. Otherwise, both of my children seemed to have had a lot of fun during the short time that they spent there.

Fantastic experience: I Love this place. Everyone is super friendly and the trainers are very experienced and attentive. I was nervous at first having no experience but the trainers are very inclusive and attentive.

Fantastic experience: J’ai fais beaucoup d’école de Jiu-Jitsu et de kickboxing. Et c’est la seul qui est professionnel. Je pensais que je fsisais tous correctement avec les autres écoles. Et bien non, ils m’ont montré la vrai technique et je vois la différence dans mes mouvements. Ma fille enfin, enfin elle a trouvé son école. Ils sont très bon avec les enfants. La petite était décourager par les autres mais enfin elle a trouvé son école
