Negative experience: Owner has been evicted and didn't tell anyone about it until the day after doing a midnight move. Drove past on Dec 19 and the place is completely gutted and locked up with an eviction notice on the door. Super shady to be selling and promoting discounted memberships to a studio that has no intention (or whereabouts) of honoring! What a way to smear a reputable franchise. Emails, DMs and phone calls are all going unanswered. DO NOT purchase from SPINCO Abbotsford! Fingers crossed head office can turn this around...

Negative experience: Had a great experience with the classes and all of the staff. Then the place was closed over night and I have yet to hear back from the owner of this location or Spinco Headquarters about getting a refund. They closed their doors barely a week after I paid for a full month.

Negative experience: The owner is delinquent in her lease, has done a midnight move but still is selling classes. People are showing up for classes with the doors closed.

Negative experience: The owner packed up her stuff and pulled out… The place is empty!

Fantastic experience: From the cleanliness and equipment maintenance to the dedication and friendliness of the staff, this studio is exceptional.

Negative experience: This is purely for their customer service. The instructors are great and I actually enjoyed the classes. However, I reached out to their management regarding an issue and 3 of my emails have gone unanswered for the last 3+ months. There is no option to escalate this further as their website only lists emails of individual locations. I went in person to speak to someone and was told to just 'email and the owner will get back to you'. Although I will miss the classes, I can not support a business that treats loyal clients so poorly.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Abby SpinCo July 2021, and continued into my first two trimesters! Even now at 3 months post-partum, it's a great workout that I've been able to ride based on how I'm feeling and knowing my own capabilities. The instructors have great music and energy levels, each with their own style. Whatever your ability, these classes are a great physical and mental challenge!

Negative experience: As enjoyable as the classes at SpinCo are, this location in particular has very poor customer service skills. I have called them multiple times to book a class as their website was not allowing me to do so and have been unable to get a hold of anyone. On two occasions, someone picked up the call but did not answer. Instead, I could hear two colleagues talking to one another about how the phone has been ringing for a while but not to worry about answering it. They then hung up the phone and when I called back again, they sent it straight to voicemail after 2 rings. In the past, they're face-to-face customer service has lacked as well. Instead of checking in with a first timer about how the session went or explaining about what packages are available I myself had to ask them such questions to which not much information was provided and I was guided to check out the website instead. I highly recommend that associates at this location are adequately trained on basic administration skills and communication. Unfortunately, as excited as I was to continue taking classes with this location I have not found it to be a welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at a Spin class in a LONG time. I’m excited to go back. They were nice and welcoming, gave us all the first time basics and made sure we felt comfortable on the bike, with the shoes, and that we knew how to use everything properly. The class was motivating and Kylie did a great job with the whole class.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy the spin classes here, I've tried a couple spin studios and my sister told me I had to try spin co as she is obsessed. This is by far the funnest one I have been too! Highly recommend trying it out ! Every one is super friendly and welcoming ! You'll be seeing lots of me

Fantastic experience: Made it to the grand opening and I loved it! Really fast paced spin class with great music with and an amazing instructor. Tough workout but worth it. Can’t wait to go back next weekend!
