Negative experience: Either the phone number is wrong or they are out of business, “Hamid” just called me back from the number saying it is not north climb fitness

Negative experience: This company WAS the best. I used them for years. Professional and did a wonderful job. I CANNOT say that anymore. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get even a return phone call from. Good luck trying to schedule anything with them. Very sad to see this out of them. If you’re waiting to schedule with them - good luck. Your best bet is to find another company.

Fantastic experience: Hamid and his associate came to my house and disassembled, moved, and reassembled my extremely heavy and bulky treadmill. The didn't judge when I butchered my own attempt at taking it apart. They were professional, personable, and punctual. I highly recommend North Climb Fitness. Absolute Legends. A+++

Fantastic experience: North Climb Fitness did an amazing job of relocating some Pilates equipment. They easily accommodated a tricky move up a flight of stairs. They also carefully disassembled and reassembled elements of a large piece of equipment. They are extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: The two young technicians came to my door wearing masks and gloves and took off their shoes. They asked me politely to wear a mask - which I did immediately. I had called them because I had bought a commercial stationary bike which had a tv set built into the frame. I tried for days to figure out how to make that tv work. I called Rogers - they sold me some products and told me to buy another product on Amazon, which I did. I plugged everything together and it did not work. I spent hours on the phone with Rogers - no help. Eventually, I found North Climb on Google. These guys are professional through and through. Within 45 minutes, they had undone all my mistakes, got the tv working perfectly , secured all the cords and bits and pieces with tape and tucked them next to the bike. Their rate was so reasonable, I was surprised. Over my lifetime of living in houses and condos, I had had many workmen come through my door. These guys are the best! I cannot recommend them too highly.

Fantastic experience: I lucked out when I found Hamid of North Climb Fitness Equipment Services on Kijiji in Canada. I was looking for someone to assemble a treadmill in my dad's home. Hamid responded immediately and followed up on the date the treadmill was expected to arrive at my dad's home. He stayed in contact with my dad and arrived on time. He called to let me know when he had completed the work. He is professional, reliable and friendly. I highly recommend him!
