BRAND FITNESS

Fantastic experience: I have never been a gym person as I prefer active sports; however, my gf invited me to Brand Fitness in March 2024 and I’m loving it. Three trainers: Marion, Gaby & Arlene have shown great interest in my training and have provided strengthening exercises for a pre-existing injury. Now I regularly attend Brand Fitness.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Brand fitness. The owner showed up late and was completely unprofessional, rushing through the entire process and providing inaccurate information. The explanation of the InBody scan scale machine was so rushed that it made no sense. When I asked for a refund because the test results were clearly inaccurate, she refused to give me a full refund and only returned less than half of what I paid. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from the owner. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I am really enjoying the classes at Brand Fitness. Different exercises, never boring great group of ladies. 30 minute classes, i have been going for a few weeks and I am starting to notice the difference already.

Positive experience: Awesome walking classes with great music. Their new app though is very irritating and the owner doesn’t respond to emails or messages sent. I cancelled because I could not access classes through app and was paying over 20 bucks CAD a month for services.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym focused on small group training. I signed up for the 28-day transformation, which was great, and enjoyed the gym so much I became a monthly member.

Fantastic experience: I found Marion’s online workouts during the pandemic. I absolutely love them! Great music, great instruction, fun and something for everyone!

Fantastic experience: I love these workouts! The music is fantastic and the steps are so easy to follow. Time just flies during the sessions! I highly recommend, do them and you will see great results!

Fantastic experience: Not long after my 57th birthday, I realized just how out of shape I had gotten when getting up in the morning to walk my dog was a becoming a huge effort. I knew I had to make some changes so besides changing my diet I knew I also needed to be more active! I was fed up with not being fit and fed up with being flabby! As I have belonged to gyms in the past, but had never stayed committed to them, I knew I had to find something different. I came across Brand Fitness & thought I’d give it a try. I signed up for the 14 day challenge and it was a challenge alright but in a really good way – I started to feel better immediately! And while I love the instructors, the small class sizes, and the women I work out with, what got me hooked was that I was getting a really great workout in about a ½ hour. I highly recommend Brand Fitness to anyone who wants to make a positive change in their health & fitness!

Fantastic experience: This is a very welcoming studio, even if you're intimidated by gyms. Workouts are modified to your level and the small groups means you are well taken care of and also make new friends. Marion truly cares about her customers and it shows!

Fantastic experience: Since joining Brand Fitness, my overall fitness level has greatly improved. Stamina, balance, agility, dance moves nd weight loss are all the health benefits of joining Brand Fitness. The new friends and acquaintances I have made makes each training session fun. The best move I have ever made.

Marion has created such a welcoming and encouraging environment - not to mention her upbeat and positive approach to fitness is contagious! Every workout is different and I always look forward to my sessions I can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't have found a better place than Brand! They make Exercising fun and easy to stick to, even when your working hard ! The support and laughter brings me back every time, along with my strength increasing and the inches I'm losing.
