Fantastic experience: Excellent services and caring team. Chris & Crystal Longo have helped both my husband and myself for different health challenges and goals. Chris is very knowledgeable and continues to help me strengthen my body. With his expertise and guidance my knees and hips do not have pain any longer and he continues to educate me on proper posture and strength training strategies to help avoid future injuries as I age. Wish I would have engaged with a team and program like this years ago. Thank you both for your care and guidance.

Positive experience: It's very small, but good enough for its purpose of a rehabilitation center to build strength back. They offer massage therapy there as well. No late appointments

Negative experience: Very nice staff , says full fitness facility but just a Dumbbell rack some plates and 2 benches . Good for the beginner I guess but not for experienced gym goers ! Suprised they charge $15 for a drop in

Fantastic experience: Sarah is a great masseuse I always feel better when I leave. Crystal is also a great chiro that knows her stuff. She’s treating my fibromyalgia and back problems. These guys are professional and friendly.
