Fantastic experience: Just bought a Devinci bike from Gary. Our experience was awesome. He took the time show my wife a variety of models and explain the pros/cons of each so she picked a bike that was right. Great price and excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience: Love the gym. Small, intimate, private, fob access, and respectful patrons. Gary is great and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. A million times better than a large corporate gym. Now that COVID restrictions have eased, it has been a bit busier of late. But on the flip side, no more masks.

Fantastic experience: Just started coming here, used to go to planet fitness, moved gyms due to ease of location, Body Firm has everything you need, no frills, rowing machine excersize bikes, full weight room and plenty of different classes. Tanning is available, small non communal change rooms.

Positive experience: Just recently signed up and I love it! It has everything you need and the equipment is well laid out. The high ceilings, hardwood floors and view of the downtown corridor makes it a pleasant spot to pump some iron!

Fantastic experience: I'm a new cottage resident in the area and just found this place for my - away from home - Gym. Kindly greeted by Gary who helped pull together a package for me within minutes (effortless). The facility is run on a self serve format - you get a fob and let yourself in at any time. Very convenient. You'll find everything you need there to keep up with any level of routine you have going - - I was actually shocked at how much equipment he has within the 2nd floor space (a lot of new equipment). It's perfectly organized, maximizing the floor space for an uncrowded feeling. I would definitely recommend this facility!
