Fantastic experience: I went for my two week trial and I had a blast! The instructors were patient and took the time to break down moves if you didn't understand them, the space was extremely cute and clean, a very comforable environment that took the stress of trying a new sport off. Very excited to continue my pole journey with this company!

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure if pole was going to be my thing, but I have to say—I’m absolutely hooked. The studio is so welcoming, with a great mix of all levels, and the classes are the perfect blend of challenging and fun. It’s an incredible way to build strength, confidence, and just let loose. If you’ve ever thought about trying it, do it! You won’t regret it.

Positive experience: Fun place to try out pole dancing. Would like if the website didn't allow you to register in certain classes you aren't qualified for yet to save time and money. Wouldn't of bought a membership quite yet if I had known I was restricted to only a few classes to start.

Fun, safe and body positive environment for anybody, no matter your shape, size, colour or gender. Never have I left a class feeling the way I did yesterday, incredible experience and can’t wait to go back, so happy to have found this gem.

The classes are always fun and challenging and modifications are always an option if needed. If you want to try something new, exciting, and an amazing workout, I highly suggest joining here.

Fantastic experience: Super body positive and an extremely inviting atmosphere! Love when I can attend a class to burn off energy and challenge my body. The one time classes of cat yoga and twerkshop (with Onyx) have been super fun and I can't wait to hear about more classes like these.

The most body positive fitness class I have ever been apart of! They make you feel gorgeous in your own skin and make you feel safe! Want to give it a try? Small class sizes so you actually get help! Fantastic experience: I’ve just recently moved back to Red Deer and was delighted to see there was a pole studio in town. The studio is beautiful, and very welcoming; they seem to really pride themselves on community, which I appreciate. The instructor is professional and provides modifications for all skills levels. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great workout!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about RDPA. The instructor is super friendly and patient. I was nervous about starting classes as its out of my comfort zone but its been an amazing experience and I cant wait to keep leveling up! not only am I building physical strength but my confidence as well. Fantastic experience: I never thought Pole Dance is this fun and chellange. At the beginning, I was worried as a middle age women myself can learn this sexy sassy work out.. Keyona & Jessica is very patient with us and sweet! Strongly recommended to everybody who wanted work out and get confident same time. I feel amazing in the class and after the class!
