A bit pricier than other gyms but You pay for the peace of mind and the better experience. Top quality machines. Open 24 hours. I was sold after my first free day pass. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Ce gym est vraiment complet : les machines sont variées pour faire tous les exercices. Les vestiaires et douches sont très propres (les serviettes sont même inclues). Il y a de nombreux coachs disponibles pour des entraînements privés et d’autres services offerts. Le staff est accueillant et rien que pour ça ça vaut la peine de venir découvrir ce gym

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. I've been to many gyms in my 30 years in Laval. This is by far the best, well kept, clean and organized gym I've ever seen. It's never overcrowded because they have a restricted number of memberships. Always clean, towels available, equipment in their proper places, bathrooms and showers are spotless. The owner is extremely hands on, always available and ready to give you advice. He even helps you understand the usage of the machines. He is always happy and smiling. The trainers reflect the owners behavior as they are also available, friendly and more than happy to help, whether you are their client or not. I highly recommend this gym. I highly recommend getting either the yearly pass or even private sessions with the trainers. My personal favorites are Vadim and Christian. 24h private gym Friendly, happy and helpful environment Open all year Limited spaces available You can call to have a free pass to try out the gym before signing up. The owner is more than happy to give a tour of the facilities.

Fantastic experience: Super gym. Accessible 24h/24 7/7. Plusieurs machines, beaucoup de poids libres. Pratiquement jamais d’attente. Coin crossfit a l’extérieur en été. Toujours très propre. Il y a tout le nécessaire si jamais tu as oublié quelque chose chez toi que ce soit ta serviette des élastiques à cheveux ect. Propriétaire hyper sympathique. Je recommande vivement.

Fantastic experience: Selon moi, il s'agit du meilleure gym privé que je connais car il y a tous les équipements nécessaire et même plus. J'adore le fait qu'il n'y a pas d'attente pour les machines et que c'est toujours super propre, sans parler des belles douches et de tout le stock nécessaire inclus (serviettes, shampoing, savon, etc.)! Service complet et simple.
