Fantastic experience: 3 months in and LOVING it! The staff are amazing at the Leslieville location. They take the time to encourage you and educate you on your form and how to get the best results. Not once have I felt intimidated or self conscious, everyone is on the same journey and extremely supportive and friendly.

I’ve seen such great improvement in my own strength, abilities and stamina. The trainers are outstanding; so friendly and very engaged with the progress of each and every member. They are always willing to stay after class and answer any questions or help with any improvements. I am lucky to have found such a great and supportive location and team to meet my fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this F45 studio location for about a year now and the coaches, variety of workouts, and welcoming members are why I keep coming back day after day! The coaches genuinely care about each member's progress and work hard to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that makes you look forward to every session. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic, safe and inclusive workout space. When I joined, I had never lifted a weight before, I was unfit, and so nervous. But with the help of the amazing coaches and the friendliness of the awesome people in the classes, I am exercising 4 to 5 times a week and love it! I'm losing fat, gaining muscle, having fun, and feeling better than I have in ages! Thank you, F45 Training Leslieville, for helping me to change my health for the better!

Plenty of class times for anyones schedule and classes are well run with high energy, tons of positivity and encouragement (even motivating challenges) from the trainers. Very happy with my decision to incorporate F45 into my routine, and especially happy with joining F45 Leslieville!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending F45 Leslieville for a few months now and really love the vibe. I was a long standing F45 member at another location until it closed and was on the fence on what other studio to try out. I do not regret my choice at all. The studio is very open with warehouse ceiling heights. It is quite large and the amenities are more than what I need. The trainers are fantastic with plenty of positive energy to keep you motivated. I am an early riser and love the timing of the morning classes. Keep up the great work! Oh and by the way, keep playing the Big Booty mixes. A lot of fun!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this gym! It boasts a friendly, motivating and fun atmosphere, while working out hard. I hadn't tried f45 before and was new to Toronto and the team there made me feel so welcome. I love that they know everyone's names and push you to get the most of your workout. Great gym that is well suited to all types of fitness levels. The scans they provide are also very useful in terms of tailoring your training.

Fantastic experience: Once I discovered F45 there was no need to ever work out at a normal gym again. I’ve sweated more and lifted heavier in these 45 minutes classes compared to my experience working out for hours in a normal gym. The workouts are constantly changing, and each exercise can be altered to be easier or harder based on ability of person. I’ve been going for year and still find the classes challenging. I’ve seen other locations in the city and this studio is one of the bigger ones. Lots of space and natural light.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. My healthy addiction - love the staff, can't imagine what I did before F45 - this has gotten me through cancer, through depression - through Covid - they really care and it shows. I look forward to going as much as I possibly can. Highly recommend
