Fantastic experience: My happy place in Vancouver. Sooo clean and pretty. I come almost every day for fun and challenging sessions and my overall mood and energy improved significantly since I’ve started working out here. Sunil Singh Nagarkoti is a great trainer who always aims to make workouts personalised for specific needs of each person in the group. Amy, Van and everyone are welcoming and caring. And the Ice-Fire Therapy is amazing and invigorating experience. Love everything about this place.

Fantastic experience: We have been doing personal training here with Koti. The staff here is very nice and friendly and the place is very clean. I will recommend everyone to go there to attend the course and try the personal training to see the change of your body

Fantastic experience: The instructors here are amazing and very educational and help you out if you are a beginners! It also comes with showers, lockers, locker keys, and a sauna! Great staff

Fantastic experience: This space is a gem! It became my favourite place in Van. The staff is very attentive, kind and warm. I had a warrior class with Koti; he is an ex-Olympic athlete, and you can see the difference in his program. He cares about your results, listens to your needs, and encourages you to get your best performance. Amazing!

Fantastic experience: I go to the gym a few times a week and absolutely love it! I love Liana’s spin classes plus her booty burn class. The classes are always fun and she play absolute tunes! I always leave feeling amazing!!

Fantastic experience: Just took my first spin class with Liana. Liana is an awesome instructor, love her energy! If you’re looking for a fun workout, this is it The studio is very new and clean. Would definitely be recommending this class to my friends and will be back!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Great facility with everything new and fancy! Yoga studio is very spacious and clean. Tried both Yoga and Spin class, really impressed by Liana! It would be even better if they can add Zumba or other dance class! Definitely will recommend to friends in that area!

Fantastic experience: Usually I don’t feel comfortable in gyms and/or yoga studios but this place feels really inviting. The staff is really friendly, the facilities are very clean and Junko’s yoga classes are excellent. I would highly recommend this spot.
