Fantastic experience: I was in the area and decided to check out this gym. It’s very clean and machines are new and in excellent condition, everything feels well maintained. Tanisha greeted me at the door and was kind and welcoming. Even though I mentioned i wasnt looking to signup and just wanted to spend some time exploring the gym, she generously gave me her time and attention. That level of genuine care is rare, and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend this gym for newcomers, they truly care about you and your experience not just your money.

Whether you’re into strength training, cardio, or something in between, they’ve got you covered. The space is clean, the people are friendly, and the overall environment makes it easy to stay motivated. It’s the kind of place where you feel welcome and motivated to keep showing up!!

Positive experience: Okay gym, on top of membership they charge you twice a year for "gym maintenance" even though that's what the memberships should be covering. Also you're locked in for a year and a large fee for canceling.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and less crowded. Equipments are in great condition. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's been 3 months and enjoyed every workout without facing any problems. Regulars are friendly and easy to approach for help. Absolutely recommended to all.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this location are extremely helpful and welcoming (a lot friendlier than the Tsawwassen staff, thankfully). The gym is small, but not too crowded and the equipment is all brand new. I really appreciate the shoe policy, I feel it helps keep the gym clean, but the staff also do a great job of keeping the gym very clean. Overall really happy to have made the switch to the Ladner Anytime!

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym all brand new equipments and good staff

Negative experience: gym equipment is new. already one of the bikes is out of order. gym is small and dark and is missing a lot of equipment that many of the other any time fitness locations have. there is often only 1-4 other people in there during prime times but it seems there is a reason it is so quiet. make sure you buy new shoes because you aren't allowed to wear outside shoes in there without being fined $25, and don't expect to be able to lock up your personal items either, they only have cubbies open for anyone to peruse your stuff.

Fantastic experience: A great brand new 24-hour Gym addition to Ladner. The equipment and staff are top-tier. Prabh the manager has been exceptional with my daily exercise visits. Every time I see him there he provides me with comprehensive instruction and valuable feedback that builds my confidence and ability to grow into a fitter person. Prabh's commitment to safety, cleanliness and helpfulness is evident every time I'm there. The great thing about joining “Anytime Fitness” is that you can access all their gyms not only locally but all around the world as well. Something to consider if you travel abroad. I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to join a gym membership. I'm glad I did!
