Positive experience: Closed to general public at the moment. Otherwise anyone can rent this location. Good for sports events and gatherings. If you are looking for something with a fresh look this isn't it. Walls have taken a beating from the hockey tournaments over the years.

Positive experience: Always clean + maintained well. Only hiccup is need more bathrooms for ladies. There's always a lineup or people knocking on the door when you're in there.
