Fantastic experience: Awesome facility and staff. The kiddo loves it.

Fantastic experience: The young ladies seem to really love the cheerleading and tumbling training and have good self confidence levels. Thete competition uniforms are very smart and moxern.

Negative experience: This is a horrible facility who.doesnt care about childrens mental health. As parents we have brought several concerns to the management about the inner workings.of this so called team sport. None of our concerns about our child's mental health were validated or addressed. We asked for a change and they told us "too bad". They were not willing to listen or hear what we were saying. We were forced to remove our child from this organization. This has devistated our.child. Our child was there for one practice and the manager says she is keeping 25% of our money.for.admin.fees. Now we are taking legal action. If anyone who.has a child in this organization, I strongly recommend finding another organization that puts.childrens.mental health first....not just collecting money. Clearly the.Ancaster Sport Sharks only care about making money and ripping people off with non existing admin fees.

Negative experience: My daughter was here last season (2022-2023) and she loved the cheer portion but there was way to many games not enough time on routine. Chasing people are with a pool noodle I wouldn’t call team bonding or building skills. The administration was next to impossible from uniform problems, to ordering a product and it being marked as picked up but wasn’t even ordered, to random days off because the older kids had comp but we found out last minute. The coach we had was absolutely magical she was kind, calm with the littles, and understood their nervousness or worries. Which is the only reason they are getting a two star. Unfortunately this location is not one I’d recommend. In my group of cheer friends alone 5 people switched last year to a different gym like us. Don’t fall for the franchise name :(

Negative experience: The trainer is not well equipped to deal with the girls. Does not know how to motivate the girls but knows how to tear their spirits. Very stressful dealing with them.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been an athelete for 4 seasons now and she absolutely loves it. The staff are great. They work to expand the athletes skills time over time.

Fantastic experience: Took my 7 year old daughter for the first time for an Open Gym session this past Sunday, and she loved it. She was very nervous and overwhelmed at first before the session started, but with the friendly coaches holding her hand to lead her into the gym, that changed quickly. She had so much fun, and can't wait to be back!
