Fantastic experience: Exceptional Pilates Instruction with Raphael at Pilates by Rina I cannot recommend Raphael at Pilates by Rina highly enough! I had the pleasure of working with her one-on-one for six months, during which she provided expert guidance, encouragement, and a deep understanding of movement and body mechanics. Unfortunately, due to major life circumstances, I had to step away from my Pilates practice. Fast forward, I recently experienced an abdominal injury and knew that Pilates could be a key part of my recovery. Re-engaging with Raphael was the best decision I could have made. I was absolutely blown away by her ability to modify and adapt every exercise to ensure my safety while still providing an effective and meaningful workout. Her attention to detail, extensive knowledge, and compassionate approach made me feel completely supported. After just one session, I felt an immense sense of hope and relief—realizing that I can do Pilates in a way that works for my condition. Raphael's expertise has given me confidence that, with time, I will regain my strength and return to my active lifestyle. If you’re looking for an instructor who is knowledgeable, intuitive, and genuinely invested in your well-being, Raphael is outstanding! Pilates by Rina is truly a gem in Aurora.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time trying out reformer pilates,and I chose this studio and I couldn’t be more pleased. The small group environment allows for almost private lesson feel ,and the instructor pays attention to your form and coaches you through every move. Ella is an amazing instructor, always so cheerful and hard at the same time. Her workouts always make my body feel it the next day. Great studio for beginners as well as for advanced. Rina and her team really know Pilates.

Fantastic experience: 超喜欢Rina，她很专业很有耐心很开朗很友爱，虽然需要全英语，但她特别懂中国人的。她治好了我脊椎旋转式错位（不知道正确的说法），就是因为生孩子留下后遗症没有及时发现，四年后发现无法正常直起后背，肩甲倾斜严重，睡觉无法平躺否则会痛到完全无法入睡。坚持跟着Rina练习后，肩甲平衡了，后背也直起来了。

Fantastic experience: Love these classes! I don’t ever feel uncomfortable and actually enjoy working out. The staff is amazing and the participants are always supportive of each other. Wish I found this place sooner.

Fantastic experience: I went to my first class today and the minute I walked in I felt positive energy in the space. The class sizes are small and my instructor today was very kind and patient. I wanted to start pilates not just for the physical benefits but also for my own mental health and I felt great leaving the space. I will definitely be back for more classes. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your morning class.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I decided to go to this studio. Rina is an amazing pilates instructor and uses the best equipment and techniques centered around my own needs. I have continued with one on one sessions with the most amazing results. Nothing else has worked for me to lose weight and become stronger. I also used to go to a chiropractor and now don't need to anymore. I feel the most fit I've ever been. I highly recommend Rina's studio. I will definitely continue on with the classes and one on one instruction. So worth it!

Fantastic experience: Pilates by Rina in Aurora is amazing! I highly recommend for you to go. I never thought I would ever be interested in Pilates, but the instructor Rina invited me to try out one class. I was so surprised that their are different levels at which you can start at. Luckily the women in th class were very supportive and Rina was amazing showing me the correct positions that had the most impact for the areas I wanted to strengthen. Thanks Pilates by Rina! You made me a believer that Pilates is for everyone!
