Positive experience: Booked birthday party for my son recently. The place felt outdated and abit dirty. The mini fridge that was in the party room was off and dirty and mouldy.

Negative experience: What kind of reputable company decides to have an open house on the same day they had booked birthday parties months before then do not cancel said parties . Deffiently not away to get and keep customers .The worst part is the fact a little girl shows up and gets her hopes broken and gets turned away because people don't know how to run a business properly and plan things in a smart manner .

Negative experience: My wife and I came across a post where her mother booked a birthday party in April and today being the day that our daughters party was supposed to be this gymnastic club decided not to contact her and her and her seven-year-old showed up to be very disappointed they are unresponsible when booking they are always over packed And I will never be back here with my children.

Negative experience: A birthday party was booked for a 7 year old and her 10 friends. Apparently same day as open house. After showing up at party time, was told, no we cant do it oops someone should have called you. Really? That's how you run a business? At least here they can't delete this like they are doing on their Facebook page.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE FOR BIRTHDAY PARTY It was supposed to be my daughters Birthday party at Greater Napanee Gymnastics Club however when we showed up today for it I was told they were having an open house and “forgot” to notify me the party I booked in April wasn’t going to happen. When I (or anyone) tries to post anything on their page about the incident they delete it. They remembered to make a post on Facebook today to “quickly remind” people about their open house however they couldn’t remember to notify me the party I booked months ago wasn’t able to happen. I didn’t find out until I showed up with a very disappointed 7 year old.

Fantastic experience: My son loves going to the classes so once our daughter was old enough to join we signed her up too. They both enjoy going and have a blast while there.

Fantastic experience: This club is small but mighty. Great lay out of equipment for a small area. Coaches are very encouraging.

Positive experience: It is great. My children love it. It is a bit pricey for lessons. But everything is.... Great coaches and a clean facility
