Fantastic experience: Great facilities

Positive experience: It was very cold due to the really bad polar vortex and the automatic doors constantly being open and closed. The seating was plastic, which is better than metal! The heaters worked well and the sight lines are pretty good. The bleachers did seem to be an after market install because the spacing was a bit awkward. The concession and lounge were closed, so can't comment on that.

Negative experience: Poor Signage and too many railing that restrict access to the seating. Went to watch my grandson play hockey at the Red Dutton Rink. Tried following signs to the area. Open one door which had a sign on it stating Entrance to Red Dutton arena ! Open door it was the players bench on the opposite side of the seating. SIGNS should indicate Red Dutton Arena Seating. Once I finally found the seating OMG railing , railing a d more railing. Seen my daughter in the middle of the far side , said to self "I will just walk down to the end and enter from the end ! Nope, no access ??? RAILING missed 15 mins of the game PS I am old 67 ! That might be part of the problem.

Positive experience: It's pretty good. Possibly the coldest arena we frequent, but that's fine so long as you're prepared. Good ice. Change rooms are a bit small but there's worse out there.

Fantastic experience: A first class arena, with curling, multiple hockey rinks, a good cafeteria and lots of parking.
