Fantastic experience: Attended Quest for two years, fantastic experience. The trainers there did a great job of of distilling high level anatomical concepts into plain language I could understand. Their assessments of the limitations of my movement were bang on and really helped me focus on strengthening areas I didn’t realize were weaknesses. It always felt like workouts were extremely tailored and if one trainer stepped in for another they were right up to date where things were at for me. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I've been doing virtual sessions with Ryan for two years and it's been life changing. Ryan is very knowledgeable and intuitive and is able to tailor sessions to my needs 'of the day'. Ryan is professional and he is fun to work with. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to resolve some chronic body issues and significantly improve my overall health.
Fantastic experience: I've been training with Quest for almost two years now, both remotely and in-person. My trainer Ryan has been knowledgeable, personable, and entirely flexible to my needs. He's engaged me at times when I've felt less motivated. I've always appreciated the philosophy of health first, especially in an approach towards lifelong wellbeing. Fantastic experience: I've been working out at Quest since October 2021, with trainer Ryan. Awesome trainers, friendly and chill atmosphere, and quality training. The cost is very reasonable for the amount of 1 on 1 training, the equipment is high quality and the space is great. I love the focus on technique and form. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: The trainers at Quest are knowledgeable, professional and energetic. They seem to sincerely want clients to feel their best. I worked with Ryan for a year and felt like I could ask him anything about anything - he always had an answer, or knew someone who would.

Fantastic experience: I've been a client at quest for nearly three years, when I started I was unable to properly walk upright and suffered from chronic back pain as well as sciatica. After my time there I no longer deal with pain on a day-to-day basis, my posture is better than it's ever been and I've been taught by Ryan and Emre to properly treat any pain that might present itself before it becomes debilitating. This place changed my life, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to make a change to their physique.

Negative experience: Great team, but it's unfortunate the owner lacks basic professionalism. I'd happily follow his staff elsewhere if they decide to move on to a place worth of their expertise.
Negative experience: The owner Emre is incredibly unprofessional. he is a poor representation of health and acceptance. I strongly discourage anyone from wasting their money and time.
Fantastic experience: The entire team here is amazing! I've been going for over a year now, and they've not only helped me work through multiple problems I was dealing with, they've also inspired me to bring my fitness to a place that I'm really proud of and happy about. They're caring, professional, fun and create a safe environment (I was pretty hesitant before joining a gym as I didn't have much experience). The amount I've learned here is amazing. Whether you're just starting out or wanting to push yourself to a new level, I'd 100% recommend giving them a try.
Fantastic experience: My personal experience with this gym has been excellent, I had surgury on a torn ACL and Meniscus many years ago that has physically limited me. I also was in a situation where I would continue to re-injure my knee over and over from trying to live an active lifestyle, to the point I would avoid certain activities and sports. I seen different physiotherapists and it would only help to a certain degree, It wouldn't prevent me from re-injuring myself. Later in time, I decided to train at Quest more so to see what kind of results I would get with a bit of hope, and it ended up being one of the best decisions for my situation, They specialized my training to strengthen both my knees in a way I never thought was possible after coming out of an ACL surgury that I had, The results I have gotten from training with quest were dramatically more beneficial for me vs going to any of physiotherapists I had. I would recommend this place to anyone that has a had a similar situation to me.

Fantastic experience: Emre and his team are really focused on working with different clients and their individual needs. I'm really active with climbing, running and cycling, but not a gym guy. I wanted to increase my strength and endurance, and this was the perfect spot. I found this space extremely welcoming: the trainers were very patient, knowledgeable, and motivating. I highly recommend this personal training studio.
