Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at OPEX Delta for over two years now, and I’ve got to say, it’s been an amazing experience. The owner, Jeordie, is not just a great guy but also runs an exceptionally organized gym. His attention to detail and dedication to the gym is evident in every corner. Plus he cold plunges which is awesome. Then there’s my coach, Jarrett. This guy knows his stuff! His knowledge and expertise in fitness are top-notch, and he’s played a huge role in my fitness journey. He makes workouts challenging yet achievable, and his guidance is always spot on. What I love most about OPEX Delta is the balance of a structured program with a friendly and fun environment. It’s not just about the workouts; it’s about the community here. Everyone is welcoming, and there’s a real sense of belonging. It’s this unique atmosphere that has kept me coming back. Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym! As someone who is a bit older and has some physical limitations I have found Jeordie, Josh, Jason and the rest of the coaches super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. There is always someone on the floor to guide you if you have questions or need corrections. No judgment!! Personally tailored workouts with new additions every workout keep things fresh. Love it!

It’s a very efficient setup working with one trainer closely and having the rest of the trainers alternating on the floor to help out with form to prevent injury. And the entire staff knows their stuff! The monthly fee is very fair and price point is well worth it. Can’t recommend enough

Fantastic experience: Opex does not disappoint! Not only do you have your own personal Coach that sets workouts based on your goals, everyday there is a qualified, 100% engaged, floor Coach. The floor Coach is a bonus, assisting when needed, super encouraging! Love the high fives and fist bumps! I feel very motivated as soon as I step through the door. Coach Jeordie, Owner, has created a great space with great Coaches! Another welcoming aspect, the members, everyone is so nice and friendly! Have an injury? not to worry, they will tailor your workout to help aid in your recovery, while also reaching your personal goals, bonus, bonus!! Fantastic experience: I am early on in my journey with OPEX. Being a woman in my 40’s and out of shape I was looking to get stronger and healthier for a upcoming trip and everyday life. 8 weeks later and I can already feel a huge difference in my day to day. The coaches are very kind and encouraging. the gym is friendly and not intimidating. I was nervous of my ability but my workouts have been tailored to reach my goals with out killing me and motivates me to come back without dread. I look forward to my workouts. Would recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: OPEX Delta is a welcoming, supportive and nonjudgmental gym community. The coaches, who are knowledgeable and highly trained with years of coaching experience, design individual programs to meet fitness and personal lifestyle goals. Every workout is different so you never get in a rut and are always challenged. I look forward to each morning when I open my email to see what my workout is for that day. The gym is well equipped and maintained, and there is always a coach on the floor watching and guiding you to make sure that you do the movements correctly and answer any questions. Prior to joining OPEX Delta I was quite active with running and participating in a variety of sports, but as I got older I started to get injuries. My goal is to be as healthy and fit as possible and to be able to safely do whatever sport I want. With the support of my coach and the gym community I can honestly say that I have never been fitter or healthier, and I’ll soon be 60! So whatever your fitness level and goals, whether you’re like me and just want to be the best you can be, or are a competitive athlete and want to improve your game, check out OPEX Delta.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member when it was a crossfit gym and have been really happy with the change to their fitness module under Opex. Having an assigned coach work with you and your fitness goals has been great on my health and fitness. I wrote the below review six years ago and it is still true to this day. Jeordie and his team are an excellent group of coaches that are supportive of you in fitness and in life. Very supportive coaches and various workouts are distributed throughout the week to work all of your muscle groups. Emphasis is on technique, rather than how much you can lift. You learn to workout properly by mastering techniques that allow you to lift heavier or perform movements more effectively. Various class times also allow for those to make time for a class. The atmosphere built in this gym is community minded - everyone is very supportive of each other and are looking out for each other to be better than the previous day.

Fantastic experience: Have made great gains in a short period of time (6 monrhs). Great no pressure atmosphere. Coaching is top notch. As a middle aged guy with previous injuries and mobility, they always help you work around your limitations so you can succeed. Can't say enough good things about OPEX Delta
