Fantastic experience: Great gym. Great trainers. Welcoming to ALL levels, from beginners to Professional. I love how the coaches + students make it very welcoming, despite it being a Martial Arts Gym. This is definitely a gym you should consider being a part of; even if its just a drop in session , private session or monthly classes. You won't be disappointed. *if its your FIRST time, they offer ONE DAY PASS*

Fantastic experience: Trained with Kultar and the training is world class.

Negative experience: Check out the recent news reports of the owner dragging his wife from their car and getting arrested. That's attempted murder if you ask me. If that doesn't help your decision, I don't know what will.

Fantastic experience: My kids and I have attended this gym and can certainly say it is well managed and offers great mixed martial arts training, personal training and defense classes. Coach Kultar (Mamba) Gill is very personable and my kids love training with him.
