Fantastic experience: This gym has everything you need. The staff are friendly and there's lots of parking.

Fantastic experience: I visited this gym from out of town today. I needed to find somewhere to fit a workout in on vacation and found this gem of a gym. Honestly, I felt like I was taking a stroll down memory lane. They don't make gyms like this anymore and I loved it. Felt like the kind of place Arnold would've worked out in the 80's. Had that real nostalgic old school vibe. Real metal weights and 100lb plates. It was awesome. I'm so sick of cookie cutter franchise gyms. It was nice to train somewhere real for a change. I spend a lot of time out this way visiting the in laws and I can definitely say I found my new home away from home gym. They apparently do punch cards for a decent price too so if you're a frequent flyer out of towner like me, this is definitely the place to go to get a quick pump in. 100% recommended! Owners a beauty too. OG competitor happy to talk shop, which I I loved. Thanks for letting me drop in today. See you soon!

Positive experience: It's A Good GYM, You have everything you need and It is in a Normal Condition. BUT, the Price is way too much for this small gym and the Machienes are mostly old (wich isn't always bad) but I think for that price you should offer more (or take the price down) I think 40 Dollars would be an OK Price for a month and for the Quality that is given. Also I think it would be cool if the Gym would be open Until 9 as it is described on google ;) I still love working out here but that's what disturbs me a bit.

Negative experience: The only thing worse than their website is their operating hours.

Positive experience: I've been going to this little place for many years. It's basic and has all that you need to get a great workout. Couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Joined for a month while in town on vacation. Advice was freely shared if asked for but I was left alone to work out otherwise. Came back for another month and bumped up my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. Nothing had changed as far as the gym is concerned, it's still 4 stars but I give it the fifth star for the sense of community that is so evident. So as a place to workout it's a 4 but as a place to be part of a group that works out, it's definitely a 5.

Negative experience: How sad that they are still discriminating when science has proven it doesn't prevent spreading.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t accept drops ins unless you had the double v - pretty sad they are still choosing to discriminate despite knowing that the v does not do anything to decrease transmission

Fantastic experience: Love the Gym

Positive experience: This is a great gym that has everything you need equipment wise. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Equipment is always in good repair and condition. My only complaint is almost no one in this gym ever wipes equipment down after use. It's frustrating to have to wipe equipment down twice, would be nice if there could be some signs, I realize this is an awareness thing, not people being malicious, but said, it would not be tolerated at most other gyms.

Fantastic experience: Super local gym with knowlegable, professional owners. Good atmosphere and dedicated staff. Great to have in Qualicum Beach.

Negative experience: Gym equipment is old, especially the cardio machines. Also, there is no good place to stretch since it's a very small gym and the stretching area is actually outside.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Super knowledgeable and awesome staff, lots of weightlifting / cardio equiptment and a super cool outdoor-ish stretching room off the back. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a new gym!

Fantastic experience: clean and moderately busy ... you can get to machines when you want

Negative experience: Way overpriced for such a small cramped little gym
