Fantastic experience: I booked a 60minute deep tissue massage with Rebecca and it was very well done massage. It was my first massage post surgery so she had a lot to work on but did a great job getting me loosened up.

Fantastic experience: Great place with really friendly staff

Negative experience: They pay someone to go around and loot all loose item.. if it ain't locked up its gone. My wallet was stolen along with many other things. The facility failed to replace my membership I worked so hard for. And they didn't even bother looking at the cameras to catch the scanderall given that the guy probably works there never coming back to this place again.

Fantastic experience: After a car accident left me with a substantial injury, I went to Performance and the team was all fantastic through my recovery. However it was Nick that was able to adjust my program, and push me through a plateau in recovery and get me back to 99% full function and strength. I will forever be grateful for his technique, his push, and his focus on getting me back to my life and hobbies. Thank you Nick!

Fantastic experience: All the staff is SO nice at Performance. I started personal training with Robyn around 2 months ago and it's the best decision I've ever made! she is down to earth and fun but pushes me to better myself every session. The childcare 3 days a week make it possible for me to go to the gym and my son LOVES going there. 5 stars across the board!

Fantastic experience: Performance is an excellent facility. I've been a member for 3 years now! I love the variety of fitness classes offered and I have also had some one on one with a personal trainer. I had some physio done on an injured leg and was very pleased with that service as well. The staff are all excellent to work with. They even offer childcare for certain workout classes. Right now I bring my little one right to class in his carseat, they are very accommodating!

Fantastic experience: So I have to tell you… I had an appointment at Performance Health & Fitness Centre this evening and I appreciate how his coaching and encouragement has me doing machines with proper technique and form… so important ....but you know what ?I left feeling I belonged there and that I’m an athlete ...that is a huge win and incentive to get there more often I was at physio today with Rhonda. It was great as I can feel the range of motion growing and the pain is getting to be less . I have been coming for physio and acupuncture and highly recommend you try it .
