Fantastic experience: My experience at the Grand Bend Gym have been excellent. It is a welcoming environment, clean, and has everything I would ever need. I had a great experience having a personal trainer for 10 weeks. It taught me the basics of working out. I will likely be back for another session of personal training in 2025.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, especially when just visiting the area. They have good rates for a day, week, or longer. Has aaaalmost everything you could need and the equipment is clean and up to date.

Fantastic experience: Very decent gym with clean and well maintained equipment. Has a classic feel with old school machines but they function like they’re brand new. Great gym to make some cool content too. Staff overall wasn’t present when I was working out but when I spoke to them beforehand they were quite nice and accommodating. Cardio equipment is kind of lacking (was hoping for stairmaster) but the selection overall wasn’t bad. They had spin bikes and treadmills. I believe elliptical as well. If I’m in the area again I’m definitely getting a membership here.

Negative experience: This place never answers the phone. Wanted to buy a day pass but I couldn’t get through to anyone

Negative experience: Very disappointed . I bought this membership because i have a disability with my legs and the sauna is what soothes the pain as i await an emergency surgery. . This sauna is Always broken every wind! I hear the same excuses with no attempts to actual fix the proble). Disappointed because this IS every wknd so far since i bought a month membership. But staff aren't too thrilled either from what I'm told! It's wrong and I have every right to be upset. John accused me of being aggressive ( well if my words hurt, use that bitterness you spewed onto me, on creating a solution and get the sauna permanently repaired. Thank you but no thank you.

Fantastic experience: I’m glad I found this little gem. It has all the essential equipment and a great variety. The best part is the week-long membership they offer with a very fair price. I got the sense that the owners really care about keeping the place clean and organized, and offering a great member experience. Also it was never too busy, even in the peak hours. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Grand Bend. Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym & owners & staff. Very accommodating gym when i was in the area for only the week.

Negative experience: We checked their hours online, but didn't see it where they buried their "staffed hours" on the website so we drove 25 minutes to sign up smack dab in the middle of a three hour completely unstaffed window. For a gym that knows it's members are often transient in nature and offers week-long memberships it seems insane that they would close down for such a huge chunk of time in the middle of every day. Probably going to go with the YMCA in Forest instead since we're between the two. Weird choice on their part to knowingly lose business ‍♀️

Positive experience: The gym Is great, the people are awesome and the equipment is good but the price is a little more than some could afford I'd go back if cheaper

Fantastic experience: Great gym to work out in. Has all the equipment, staff friendly and helpful. PT I work with (Shelley), has helped me keep fit for some of the mad runs I do. Highly recommend this facility if you live in the area.

Negative experience: Terrible gym equipment here, pulleys work half the time and other things are very outdated. They close the sauna at 7pm but are open in 11pm? Do we not pay for full use of the utilities during gym hours? Seems like they try to cut as many corners as possible here because they can, as they are the only gym within 30km. They exploit the locals.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I went to this gym this past summer and i left extremely disappointed, I was told they would revoke my membership after running on the treadmill with my mask just below my nose. The lady at the front desk was very rude, and the owner "supposedly" watches the camera noting down every-time you break a Covid protocol. On my 30 day membership i only went 3 times Overall the experience was terrible especially considering the high costs.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a variety of machines and free weights. Quality plates, barbells, and dumbbells; everything being regularly cleaned and maintained. Awesome sauna and hot tub (unfortunately unavailable at the moment), with extremely friendly staff and owner. Cannot think of any negative experiences I have had there. Providing Grand Bend with a great gym and much more. Thank you

Fantastic experience: What a great trip to Grand Bend! We found this clean, very well maintained gym and got some workouts in during our down time. Good safe environment with all the protocols being followed. We will be back next year for sure.

Negative experience: they actually want u to wear a mask when doing cardio..dangerous not mandated and unprofessional then he got snippy...goodbye ur not the brightest bulb

Fantastic experience: John and Gail have made this a fantastic gym. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive. The equipment is excellent and if there is a malfunction, it is taken care of in short order. The gym is kept clean to a high standard, as are the change rooms, sauna and hot tub. My husband and I would be lost without it!
