Surrey Football Club

Fantastic experience: The entire club goes above and beyond in supporting the kids and families involved! Kartik, one of the coaches, personally reached out to me and contracted me to help educate parents on healthier eating habits and fueling their kids better. I presented to 3 groups of parents who were incredibly involved and motivated. Their enthusiasm and conscientiousness about their children's health made the experience even more rewarding. Thank you for all the hard work you do in helping future generations enjoy being active!

Fantastic experience: Best football/soccer club in town!!!

Negative experience: This was my sister’s second year with Surrey FC, and we will be joining a different club for next season. She is U10 and on the Ravens team which never had a coach this whole season. The club was at capacity and didn’t have the resources for this team and they kept telling us they would find a coach but they couldn’t. Our girls never had a coach attend their games this season which is already not fair because there’s no one to lead the team. They switched between 3 different people and then ended up with no coach. They were not able to have a season wrap up game like all the other teams because again the club can’t accommodate them. During the last game that ended up being their season final we had to move fields 3 times because they didn’t book space for their game and we had to delay by 20 minutes waiting for any coach to come coach our team. It’s really disappointing when you pay full fees at the beginning of the season expecting the club to be organized and this is what happens. Very disorganized club.

Fantastic experience: Excellent community vibe with great coaches who really show that they care about the development of soccer loving kids. The coaches and technical director KNOW what they are talking about and have passion for what they do. We can see how committed they are to coaching. We moved from our local club who shows absolute ZERO dedication to majority of the players and showed favouritism towards the child of the assistant coach while they neglected certain players. We couldn’t be happier to have moved to such a welcoming fun and passionate club. If your child is not enjoying their team we highly recommend Surrey FC!!! We wish we could have moved our child sooner.

Negative experience: Had a bad and experience.

Positive experience: Very organized club with great coaches. They keep the little kids engaged at all times and work very well with them. I would definitely bring my child back for more soccer next year. My only negative experience is dealing with the awful lady in the back room of club office ( the “Executive Director”). Her customer service skills are appalling. I like the actual club enough to give them my business but that woman definitely will let you know that your business is not needed. Shame on you! When someone is genuinely asking you a questions about the club because they are new to it there is no reason to be so unbelievably rude and make them feel like they are idiots. You left a very bad taste in my mouth after our dealings and I was shocked that anyone in the soccer community can be so rude to a new parent. The ladies taking the registrations in the office were helpful and friendly.

Negative experience: My son was on tryouts and he only went for 2 days and they never reply to my refund policy. Not recommend this one .

Positive experience: Great facility with 4 Turf fields and 7 grass soccer fields in one location.

Fantastic experience: Collects and claims the best players at any age very fun and high paced soccer training sessions!

Negative experience: Do not recommend this club worst. My sister went to the tryouts and everything and all the practices and games and coach Ravi said they were going to kick off some girls they kicked off one after like 2 weeks then she missed one practice and he told the other parents my sister was kicked off but didn't tell us that she was kicked off like why are you kicking off girls when you need more players for full field and they give you no reason
