Fantastic experience: So fun for kiddos of all ages and different abilities.

Fantastic experience: Kids love it here. Little one does ninja and older one gymnastics. It's a great facility and the instructors were all attentive and engaged. The one draw back are the viewing angles. When they don't put the tvs on its impossible to see the back. Program wise it's top notch.

Negative experience: Tried this facility for trampoline for my daughter and nina warrior for my son both 7. Terrible ! Do not waste your money …. I have yet to see the instructor even get on a trampoline just tells them what they “should” be doing. The coach offers zero assistance even when asked . There is absolutely no structure of the class, very random and poorly organized. Actually I shouldn’t say poorly as there is zero organization. Incredibly disappointed and will NEVER be back !

Fantastic experience: Great place for tots!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been attending Burlington T&T for 2 years now, and we absolutely love it there. Their coaches are top notch, the space is great, and communication is on point. We're happy to be part of the T&T family.

Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed overall with my experience there. I had two kids enrolled. One for kinder gym, which was actually really good for the younger kids. They did a variety of activities and the coaches seemed quite attentive overall. The disappointment stems from the Youth Trampoline class. From what we were told, some students that could not get in to the competitive trampoline class, I assume due to numbers ended up enrolling in the recreational youth trampoline (6+). What this lead to was probably about 7-8 students who were all quite advanced, and my daughter a complete beginner. I have no issue with her being in a class with others more advanced, the problem was the coach paid almost zero attention to my daughter. She learned 1-2 skills (bum drop and twist) and ended up repeating them for the whole semester. She's too quiet to speak up, and I ended up speaking to the staff at least 2-3 times, but nothing changed. To be fair, one class she had a fill in Coach who was AMAZING. She really helped her try new things, but the Coach who was generally in charge of the class was completely clueless. The last class of the semester my daughter finally got up the courage to ask the Coach to show her something, and the Coach showed her how to do a bum drop twist...which is the ONLY thing she had been taught the entire time. She literally repeated that skill for 30 minutes every class because it's all she was shown. It was extremely disappointing, and had my son not been in KinderGym at the same time, I probably would have pulled her out, but they also don't offer refunds, just rescheduling, which given our experience was not going to happen.

Negative experience: Lovely gym, some coaches more attentive than others. Unfortunately our child was not provided much instruction. She did bum drops the entire term. We really wanted to continue but I could have taught her this skill. Hopefully they can instruct coaches to understand the child’s experience level and try to challenge each child so they leave feeling more confident and learn a new skill. Very dissatisfied.

Fantastic experience: My son has been coming to lil ninjazone classes for a month or so now and he is absolutely loving the classes. He is 4 years old and with this generation of kids growing up and missing out on a number of things due to the pandemic, like socializing and learning basic life skills he has been a little behind with learning how to listen to instruction from anyone other than his parents, it's so great that he has the opportunity to learn these skills in a fun and safe environment! His coach Sofi is very patient and caring, I have seen lots of improvement in his ability to listen which is fantastic and of course he has fun which is the main thing! Facilities are clean and tidy, staff are all lovely, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: My son has been a part of the ninja zone program for 3 seasons and 1 season of trampoline. He loves it and we can see the results paying off. Great team and great teachers for the kids!

Fantastic experience: My youngest daughter who is 10 years old, was her first time attending a summer camp with her friend and they both had a great time. They would love to do it again next year! Appreciate how well it was planned and organized for drop off and pick up! Thank you to the whole team!

Fantastic experience: This might have been the best camp my kids have ever gone to. I was so happy with how well it was run. Great communication from the camp coaches and great programming. My kids had a blast. They were also the only camp in the area where my 3.5yo and 6yo could go to the same camp. Great value! My daughter is really into gymnastics and my son had interest in ninja warrior. They both came out of camp with lots of new skills, increased confidence and equally happy and tired at pickup. Both kids were upset when the week was up. I plan to do 2 weeks next year.

Negative experience: I have never been to this place. Can I drop by today for trampoline for my 5 year and 19 month's old

Fantastic experience: My kids love coming here and have participated in the ninja and trampoline recreation programs. They especially love the large foam and spider pit. The front desk staff are also very friendly and accommodating. This place is also really clean. I would highly recommend checking it out.

Fantastic experience: As a parent, I’m very pleased overall with the Burlington TNT competitive program. The club is well organized and the staff do a great job! We’re looking forward to the upcoming season.
