Fantastic experience: If you want really best results you must must go here they know what they are doing. Me & wife got fitness classes here and we loved it. Very nice people and they are very flexible for time. I highly recommend them. I wish I could give them more stars. Kevin & Mysha are the best

Fantastic experience: Great equipment for powerlifting/oly lifting. Amazing staff, very clean facility, etc etc... I've been coming here for over 2 years now and must admit that this is my favourite gym of all time -- nothing else comes close.

Fantastic experience: My wife comes to this gym and I have recently gone with her. Seeing how motivated she is and how much she loves it, made me want to check it out. Lots of high quality equipment, great vibe, friendly owners and trainers and great space. Definitely planning to start a membership here and would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I am OBSESSED with Iron Alley. I have been going for nearly 4 months and I am just in love. I have never been a huge fan of gyms and working out, but Mysha has motivated me and taught me so much, that I am now in love with lifting and working out. I will never go anywhere else. I had a consult with Mysha before starting training sessions with her and we vibed right away. She made me feel at ease, comfortable and confident. She is encouraging, motivating and inspiring, but in a way that makes you feel like an equal. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Iron Alley for existing!

Fantastic experience: Awesome owners, genuinely good people. The gym has really nice atmosphere. I went from sedentary dad body, to not so sedentary dad body lol but I'm working on my health, and iron alleys gym is perfect for me. The Gym is open at 5:00 a.m., this is perfect for me because I can get a workout in and then go to work. My life is way too busy to work out any other time.

Fantastic experience: Amazing spot. I've only been here for a few weeks and probably won't ever go anywhere else. Not only do you have advantages of it being a private gym, but it has a great community. I love the ability to go whenever I need and just let myself in, and getting to play your own music is such a bonus. Also, dogs are allowed. Who can't say no to that

Fantastic experience: I don't think I could go back to a regular gym again after my time spent here. Amazing atmosphere, even better people. My trainer Lesley has been working with me for over a year and I see such a massive difference in how I feel and how I look at myself. Love this place ❤️

Fantastic experience: I wanted to get into powerlifting so I had a few sessions with Mysha to learn more about the sport and clean up my form. She was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Since those few sessions, I have made Iron Alley my home. The gym is a judgement free zone, it’s always clean, COVID-19 protocols were followed, and everyone is SO friendly and welcoming. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: The trainers here are amazing. I have been working with my trainer Lesley for 3 months now and he’s unlocked so many things I’ve never been able to do before - whether your looking to do more functional, bodybuilder or mobility workouts he got you! Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Mysha has been a game changer for me on so many levels. She is wise beyond her years and has created a program compelling enough that I just keep coming back for more. 2 years in and I am excited for many more. The gym is perfectly set up with the best trainers and a warm environment. You won't regret joining Iron Alley!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility for strength training and everything fitness. Calibrated steel plates, bumper plates, normal steel plates, quality barbells, specialty bars, conditioning equipment, and a fantastic community. The gym is clean, organized, and WELL PREPARED FOR COVID-19 GUIDELINES. i can't recommend this gym enough.

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is unlike anywhere else. The owners, personal trainers, and members are all amazing and welcoming. There’s no judgement, everyone is super supportive of one another. Everything is clean and well maintained. Plus it’s dog friendly, and who doesn’t like a cute workout buddy?

Fantastic experience: From the beginning assessment, Kevin was positive and listened to our goals. All the trainers are very kind and welcoming and the flexibility for our schedules is what really stands out for a shift worker. Our workouts are always specific to our needs and Kevin always makes sure to educate about each exercise to promote self confidence in the gym. Would recommend this gym to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Kevin is a professional, experienced and very knowledgeable trainer who will help you accomplish your goals and achieve real results! After feeling so frustrated for such a long time following an injury, Kevin spent the time with me to explain modifications to exercises to help me strengthen the muscles around the injury. He also provided expert recommendations to improve overall health and fitness. Kevin is extremely supportive, encouraging and is always so positive, so thank you for that!. My personal session far exceeded my expectations and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with him.
