Fantastic experience: Good gym! Equipment and weights are fine, gets the job done! Shared combined showers (for men’s at least) not preferred but not the biggest deal. Saunas always nice and hot, things seem to be quite clean and kept up with. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Negative experience: I still don’t really understand how this gym can charge top dollar with very dated machines and facilities (especially the men’s locker room and cardio equipment). They only have 4 treadmills from this century (typically with 1 out of order, so you have to fight for 1 of 3 that won’t skip going above 5 mph). I paid LESS money every month to go to the brand new Movati that had steam rooms, pools, tons of brand new equipment, hot yoga, etc but had to switch because I moved to Belle River. If anyone knows of a better option in this area please let me know. 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff are really friendly and seem like they’re always trying to keep the facilities clean.

Negative experience: this gym use to be great, great ppl, employees, clean and weights where they are suppose to be. until the manager left and everything fell apart. no manager so no accountability for employees which means dirty gym floors mens washroom is a disaster (male members are also to blame) finding some weights is also chore. again great people and very nice workers but ownership has really makes no effort. VERY rarely communicates with employees, makes no effort to communicate with employees so they are often left with no answers to sales, classes and basic information which leaves them with bad personal service through not fault of their own. ownership is where much of the fault lies if not then all. its sad that they let this once great gym to where it is now and are more focused on the paycheck then their actual customers. sign a once proud member

Negative experience: Gym is very small and crowded. After canceling membership they will continue to charge you. Not worth the hassle.

Positive experience: Good gym, the staff is very friendly and there equipment is very up to par. They also sell protein shakes that are pretty good. I go there on a weekly basis and can't recommend it enough.
