Fantastic experience: J'ai aimé mon experience avec Isaac. C'est plus difficile l'entrainement a mon âge, mais ils sont capable de s'adapter a tous les niveaux. Je reviendrai m'entrainer c'est sure et je les recommande à tous!

Fantastic experience: I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be motivated and challenged. The trainers are highly skilled, dedicated, and friendly. And the clientele is awesome as well. Whether your goal is to become a boxer or simply to get in shape, this is the place to go. The coaches help me work towards my goals, they push me to my limits, and I feel empowered every time I finish a workout.

Le coach Hassam a été très attentif à mes besoins et a su adapter les séances d'entraînement en fonction de mes objectifs et de mes capacités. Je me suis senti très à l'aise grâce à sa bienveillance et à son professionnalisme. Le coach Roch est également incroyable. Il sait comment me motiver et me pousser à me dépasser à chaque séance. Son énergie est contagieuse et j'ai toujours hâte de venir m'entraîner avec lui. En plus de cela, l'ensemble du personnel est extrêmement sympathique et accueillant. They understand your needs and always welcome you with warmth and kindness. No matter your fitness level or age, they adapt and push you to be better than you ever thought possible. They will believe in you, even when you don't believe in yourself. They offer a friendly, fun, inclusive and stress-free environment that you will want to keep going back to. The coaches are very professional and show the utmost respect to each and everyone of their clients. As soon as you walk into the gym for your training, you receive their undivided attention. I would give 6 stars if I could! Try them out! I promise it will be worth your while!

Fantastic experience: I have had the privilege of training with Coach Hassam, Roch & Isaac at boxing journey and I cannot say enough about their expertise and dedication as boxing coaches. They have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the sport, and their passion for teaching shines through in every training session. The coaches take the time to understand each student's/ clients individual strengths and weaknesses and tailor their training to help us reach our full potential. They are incredibly supportive and encouraging, always pushing us to do our best and never giving up on us. The atmosphere in the gym is electric, and it's evident that the coaches over there truly care about their students/ clients success. I would highly recommend boxing journey to anyone looking for top-notch boxing training.
