Fantastic experience: My daughter had a great time there on a PA day. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. After picking up my daughter, my car wouldn't start, but they tried their best to help me jump-start it. I really appreciated that.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and provide engaging activities for the kids. Adam is a true master of his craft and can help anyone to progress with their skills in the ring. I have been impressed with their professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality care for their kids or expert martial arts lessons!

Fantastic experience: We LOVE Rumble Martial Arts and Fitness! Programs for the whole family available. So many different times each week. Great for early morning or evening workouts. My daughter has attended and enjoyed both the before/after care and summer camp programs since she was five years old. She is now nine and still looking forward to going to camp. The women’s bootcamp Rocks! It’s a mix of conditioning, kick boxing, pilates and yoga. Been going to gym and running for years, but these classes have helped to strengthen and sculpt my body better than anything I’ve ever tried in the past.

Fantastic experience: My son thrives in a structured environment and since going to rumble after care he's been more confident. He was constantly having behavior issues at the school aftercare becuse he was bored all the time or on a screen. The summer camp trips are amazing and the kids always have a blast and are very active.

Fantastic experience: My son spent a couple of weeks at Rumble’s summer camp and he had a great time! He would come home exhausted (which for us parents.. is always a win). Lots of trips, lots of different activities and ongoing email communication with updates for the week.

Fantastic experience: My son is 16 and I put him in Rumble Martial Arts & Fitness Keswick - Jiu-Jitsu, Kick boxing, Karate, etc when he was 7. I got a call from a teacher that wasn't even my sons teacher and she told me, whatever your doing keep up the good work. It changed him to be a better person. Showed him discipline, self control and kindness. I'm so lucky to have them here for my son and I.

Positive experience: Great place, great people, I signed up in the past and had such a good time but a single bad experience, and no good solution left me feeling dissapointed. I had to put my membership on hold due to work. I had 4-5 days left over and was told I could restart and finish the remaining days any time. Unfortunately life happened, than covid happened, and I wasn't able to make it back until last year. I was very dissapointed to hear that my information was lost when Rumble upgraded their system. They didn't backup the data and had no record of me on file, so I lost out on many classes that I had paid for upfront. I hope that the system Rumble has in place today is backed up so this can't happen again. Unfortuantely a free trial which is offered by many places to all newcomers was the only solution they could come up with.

Fantastic experience: Rumble is awesome! I am enrolled in the battle girl bootcamp classes and I love it! The classes truly suit whatever fitness level you are at.. And help you improve upon that. The coaches are great, friendly, knowledgeable.. The other women from class are always there to help encourage! I am so happy I decided to join. I see myself being a member for a long time!

Fantastic experience: Friendly atmosphere with a very high level of instruction. Stopped in for a session and the front staff were very accommodating. Professor/Kru Jones came over to speak with me before hand and introduced me to the club. The club is probably one of the best looking clubs I have been to, super clean and organised as well. The instruction was fantastic, we were working on some fundamentals and the details he was showing are going to be a game changer for me. Professor Jones also makes the class very engaging through funny anecdotes and games. He also came over after class to see if I had any questions. Next time I'm in the area I will be stopping in for sure! Thanks for the good time Rumble!

Fantastic experience: An amazing place to sign your kids up for (or yourself). My boys absolutely love their coaches. Everyone is so nice and make learning fun for kids. We were worried putting my youngest son in but he quickly became an amazing part of the class he was in. They are not only coaches to them either, you can see such amazing bonds grow between the children and their coaches there! I recommend them to every single person that brings up classes for kids!

If you come in to check the place out you will not be disappointed, I know I have never regretted it. If you are still not sure about it then before you say “this is not for me” call rumble to set up a intro lesson and you will see for yourself just what Rumble has to offer

Fantastic experience: Rumble Martial Arts has changed my life. I hadn't exercised for over 30 years and decided to try it out. I could hardly do one full sun sit up in my intro class and that's when I realized that I had to do something about it. It has been almost a year and a half since I started and I've lost lots of weight and have gained muscle mass without lifting any weights. Age and size does not really matter because I'm 57 years old this year, only 5'4" and weigh about 115lbs. Probably the oldest and smallest person on the mat. If you work hard and don't give up then you can be in the best shape of your life. What do you have to lose when Rumble gives you a 30 day free trial period. It is a welcoming place and the coaches are the best that you can get. It is a wonderful family atmosphere. It would build your child's confidence too and they could work off their energy. It also helps children with autism. Give it a try and I bet you will get addicted too and get to be in the best shape of your life!!

Fantastic experience: Great facility. Great staff. Super friendly for beginners, right on up to advanced guys. The head coach, Adam Jones, is very friendly and knowledgable with a ton of experience in both standup kickboxing, MMA, and ground grappling/BJJ. A very rare find. The facilities are bright and clean. They have a nice ring. They run separate classes for women, kids, teens, adults, and fighters. Definitely something for everyone. It's a positive, relaxed atmosphere and I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I've been at rumble for four years now and couldn't recommend it more, a great atmosphere with world class coaches that never fail to make you work hard and still enjoy your classes. Everyone has experience either in the ring or on the mats and it shows in the experience that they bring to training and explaining techniques to each class. Fantastic experience: What else can I say but awesome. This place has changed my life, the workouts are intense but too busy having fun to realize how hard I'm actually working out. If you've ever thought, I wanna try kickboxing, but I'm not fit enough, this is such a welcoming place. I never felt judged or uncomfortable when I first started and since I felt so great after every class, I was addicted to coming back, and in no time I was watching the fat literally melt away. You get the results by what you give in your class, and it's not as diffucult as it seems when the coach is incredibly accepting and motivating. My favorite part is there is never two classes that are the same, the constantly changing routine keeps us sharp and on our toes. You won't regret giving it a try, but you will regret never trying

Fantastic experience: This place has literally changed my life!! I lost 20 lbs within the first 6 mths of starting here only twice a week. Now, after 2 years of attending this facility, I am up to 4 classes a week and living the healthiest lifestyle I have ever lived. The programs work with consistent attendance and proper eating. The classes are highly motivating. The people are very welcoming and not judgemental at all. I have been welcomed since day one. The coaches and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The owner has REAL MMA experience and the fight team from Rumble has plenty of awards hanging inside to show their achievments and proof that these classes can be more than just a workout. I also ended up meeting the love of my life here, which was just a nice added bonus! :-)

Fantastic experience: Every one of the stuff at Rumble is beyond exceptional in their professionalism. Watching the coaches not only excel in their own professional life watching the coaches not only excel in their own professional life ( winning the national championship, winning the provincial championship, and now on to team Canada), But they practice what they preach. My child is learning to have our covenants, to have skills without being aggressive, to be respectful, to follow rules without feeling overwhelmed. They have managed to welcome my autistic child into their "house "and make her feel comfortable and a part of something bigger. I can't say enough good things about this facility.
