In these unique programs, our focus is on the early development of motor skills, social and emotional development, and character building and discipline, each with specific distinctions.
These are only few examples of active steps our staff are taking at our gym to mitigate the risk of exposure to the virus;1) Surfaces are cleaned and sanitized multiple times throughout the day, including before and after each classes.2) Washrooms (including door handles, etc) are sanitized and training equipments and other items with increased regularity.3) Adequate amounts of soap, tissues, hand sanitizers and cleaners are available in our gym.

John is a such dedicated instructor who creates enjoyable atmosphere. Is is very challenging , which I was looking for but mostly, in fun way. It is definately worth of paying (price is very reasonable). Family style atmosphere definitely makes everyone welcomed and encouraged. Everyday, I cant wait to go to the class and burn all the calories! It has been only two months and I already see the results. (Didnt even cut on what I usually eat; I should though) I am so happy that I found this place.

Fantastic experience: Awesome TKD place for kids. Master John and other instructors are really good at motivating kids to do their best. My son has gained lots of self confidence through these TKD lessons. I would highly recommend Mudo academy to develop kids self confidence and self esteem.
