Fantastic experience: We come here now for Ninja classes for our 4 year old. He loves it and we love it! The obstacles courses are always changed around and my son learns so many new things each time. He practices his 'stunts' at home all the time. He adores his coach Terrell and we do as well. Patient and polite and always there to help the kids when need be!

Negative experience: Fraser Valley Gymnastix is thriving. I'm quite disappointed in the ambition parkour side. Not as teaching as it should be from some of the coaches. More free play now. What a waste of money!

Fantastic experience: My daughter & son are loving the ninja & gymnastics program! I love how flexible it is & that they have a makeup day option if you’re unable to make it for whatever reason. Super nice gym & great coaches!

Fantastic experience: We recently had a birthday party at gymnastics/ninja place. From start to finish, everything was incredible! The coaches were outstanding – professional, enthusiastic, and fantastic with the kids. They engaged the children with fun and age-appropriate activities, ensuring everyone felt included and had a great time. The staff took care of every detail. It was the perfect blend of fun and fitness, leaving everyone with wonderful memories. I would highly recommend this place... Thanks

Negative experience: I went there with my school and we waited there for 20 minutes and nobody was there even though we had an appointment. then we left and didn't get to even go in there the door was locked.

Negative experience: Horrible service. Never called me back with a spot for my child in over a year. When you call they rarely answer and when you leave a message to return a call they don't. My son didn't like it so he stopped going they charged me a hundred bucks for a month he didnt attend and said they need a months notice before quitting to get your money back... yet what kid gives a months notice when they don't want to do it anymore? So I tried to put my daughter in and they said she could utilize the money on the account... she was VERY excited to start. But yet after doing a trial, and putting her on a waitlist to get in.... they never called. Which is not surprising for this place at all, but incredibly disappointing for my child. Because now after this experience, I would rather not deal with the headache I know it will continue to be.

Fantastic experience: My daughter loves it here! The instructors are wonderful, organized and efficient. They do something different each week and it's always a positive and fun environment. The gym is spotless, the equipment looks brand new PLUS they have a section for Ninja parkour.

Fantastic experience: Switched our kids here from another gymnastics, and it has been wonderful. My son also does Parkour here and we hosted two of our kids birthdays on the parkour side. My youngest was getting antibiotics through an IV and they were so great, they even created obstacle courses for her specifically so she could participate! So professional, and they know the kids well!

Fantastic experience: Love the staff here! They offer both gymnastics and parkour as well as summer camps and private bookings and even school field trips! Our kids are always excited to go and exhausted afterwards

Fantastic experience: We took 2 Grad 6/7 classes on a fieldtrip here and it was amazing. The coaches were super positive and encouraging. They were patient and supportive of all students with all varying degrees of ability. I would highly recommend this as a field trip to get kids active. They all had smiles on their faces and were sweaty from all the fun they had. We will be doing this trip again in the future.

Negative experience: Gymnastics review We were very sad that we felt the need to pull our 3 and 4 year olds out of here due to our 4 year old being scolded and told he would not be able to return to gymnastics if he didn't do better at listening. His coach brought him to tears with the way she was treating him. The coach gave a verbal description of a move on a beam and my son didn't understand, so he asked what that move was. Her snarky response was that she was too big and definitely not demonstrating it. (Even though there were higher bars in the same area) A simple verbal description would have sufficed or saying she would show him when he gets to the bar. Kindness would have been appreciated. When my son got to the bar he attempted to do the move he thought was right (also a move he does everytime) and this is when she scolded him on his listening skills and threatened him with being kicked out. This immediately killed all of his joy and excitement about being here and he dropped to the floor in tears. When I emailed the company to talk to a manager or owner about the situation, the call I got was not from an owner but from this coach, who says she was some form of manager and acted as though she didn't know who she was talking to at first. When I explained to her how I felt her coaching was inappropriate for a 4 year old her responses were the same. She would say "I'm sorry but..." then justify her actions. She claims she was concerned for their safety when my kids were doing 2 summersaults instead of 1 on the cheese mat. My kids are high energy especially amidst the pandemic where we are so limited in options for activities to keep them busy. I'm pretty sure an extra summersault is not a reason to start mistreating my children. I appreciate being concerned for the safety of the children however belittling them into tears and threatening being kicked out of gymnastics is never the right approach. On the website this gym claims to be "a positive learning environment where we not only encourage the development of gymnastics skills but kids are given the opportunity to thrive physically, emotionally and socially." This was 100% false in our experience here on this day. Our son was discouraged, brought to tears, and told he may not be able to return...let's remember, he's 4. If this is how they speak to a child this young in front of parents, how do they speak to and treat older children without parents present?

Fantastic experience: We had our daughters 7 year old birthday party there with 6 friends. She had a amazing time. The instructor was so engaged with the girls and very friendly. She was the face of the company to us and met or exceeded all expectations. They had a party room which was already setup and it was clean! Well worth the amount they charged.

Positive experience: This place is an excellent atmosphere for our toddler. The coaches are patient and energetic, the facility is clean and friendly. Our little girl absolutely loves going here every week.
