Fantastic experience: Our daughter comes twice a week to the school. The teachers are always so patient and thorough with the teachings of the children! It's the best school in town hands down!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and wife enjoyed their tots and parent class and now she's in the tumble tots by herself. My daughter loves her instructor Brianna and the facility are great too!

Fantastic experience: Qualified and experienced coaches who are also supportive, caring and safety-conscious in both the recreational and competitive programs. Love the intentional focus on having fun while developing physical literacy. Great central location. My family highly recommends NGS!!!

Positive experience: Great little gym, safe and fun

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a birthday party here and it was so much fun. The instructor's name was Laz and he blew us away. Shortly into the class he already remembered every child's name, and was so calm and kind with the large amount of young children. I've met many adults who don't have the skill of addressing a child by their name like that. Or the skill of redirecting the youngest ones. Great job!

Positive experience: Mixed experience with preschool program. Good coach:kid ratio, and the coach was positive and high-energy. However, the management is downright rude -- some kind of power complex going on there, or maybe they're so disorganized that they don't have time to be polite -- either way, a management failure. Classes let in and out at the same time so there are 60 parents and kids competing for space in the tiny lobby. Clearly not interested in improving the parent experience. Will be investigating alternatives.

Negative experience: If zero stars were possible, that is what this club deserves. Probably the worst in Canada. Opposite of professional. Rude. No accountability. Harmful to children. Other clubs in the area offer better, more supportive programs in a much friendlier and professional environment. Avoid if possible.
