Fantastic experience: Just moved to kelowna over the holiday and it turned out that PTT kelowna was very close to my new home. Not only is it a clean facility with lots of mat space, they offer a judo program as well as jui jitsu under one roof. This is a great benefit for me personally as I love both. I went to the open mat on Sunday at 10 am for judo, training was amazing and multiple black belts on the mat and everyone was very welcoming ,kind,and had great judo. Today I took the 11 o'clock class with Kyle. As a 4th degree Brown belt with years of experience coaching I was very impressed with Kyle's delivery of technique,explanation on the subject at hand, he also gave variations of the technique for the different belt levels which tells me he is dedicated and has obviously studied a variety of coaching methods. I also appreciated that he was safety conscious. That said my experience at PTT kelowna has been amazing and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.. B-

Negative experience: They promote bullying! A few years ago I had a horrible experience with them when they set up my Autistic child to be bullied and picked on by another student. They also socialize with a foul mouthed, cowardly woman who needs her fingers broken! Shame on this place for treating a child so disgustingly. My child is still traumatized from it...

Fantastic experience: Women's only Muay Thai class is phenomenal! I've been going for only about a month at this point and already love it. The instructor Camille makes me feel understood, and is excellent at teaching the sport in a way that is easy to understand. It's nice to be able to learn from another woman and it makes the class less intimidating especially as a beginner. Highly recommend this class to other women who want to learn how to fight, as someone with PTSD it's helped me feel so much safer.

Fantastic experience: In April of 2022 our family desperately needed to find some kind of connection with our community, and some positive changes to our routine. My husband and oldest daughter started Jiu Jitsu, and Pacific Top Team Penticton has become an amazing extended family. The classes have been an incredible boost to their physical and mental well-being. Our youngest daughter has now started attending classes. The passion for this sport is very evident every time we are there. It is so much more than just a class. Thank you for creating such a positive, genuine space.

Fantastic experience: We just wanted to touch base and send your coaches a HUGE thank you! Our little one was in your after school program for the last few months and the way you supported her was incredible. She had some challenges on the bus and coach Landon’s patience, boundaries and kind encouragement was above and beyond what we expected. Coach Cain made a huge impact on her and really showed her what it looked like to be a kind, patient, positive and accepting male role model in her life. She showed huge growth and loved going to Jiu Jitsu every day. The way your team of coaches wrapped their arms around her and taught her what it means to be part of a team and respect those around her is something that will stick with her for the rest of her life. We truly cannot thank you enough for the support and learning you gave our little friend.

One of the only places around where kids can get the rough and tumble play that is so important for their psychological development. Fantastic experience: Great club - high level coaching, but accessible to newbies. Extremely friendly environment, appropriate for all levels, ages, walks of life. I've trained Jiu Jitsu for years, and been to a lot of clubs but PTT Penticton gives any of them a run for their money.

Fantastic experience: My son started BJJ in February 2022 and since then I can't even describe how much has changed for him/us. He's 1000% more focused, concentrated and patient. He's paying way more attention during a conversation and is not that fast distracted anymore. With the outstanding effort and even more patience of the coaches (especially Caine) he grew in just one year to a self-confident and balanced young little man. There are no words how great full we are for our son to be a part of the Pacific Top Team. He loves being in the gym every single second and we are happy he has found passion in the martial arts. Fantastic experience: I've been going to this club since late September with my children. I've noticed major improvements in both of them. I've also since joined and sire glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined. today was my first open mat class. had 4 rounds and each round the guys talked me through it giving me tips and what not. I'm very happy with this club. good coaches, good camaraderie and a very good atmpsphere. not much else a country boy could ask for.

Fantastic experience: My young daughter and I started BJJ here together 10 months ago. It has changed our lives for the better. We have both grown our confidence, strength and skills. We have made a group of friends that would do anything for each other. The staff genuinely care about us and will be lifelong friends. The afterschool program has been excellent and so convenient. They are excellent with the kids. The coaches bring broad experience to share with us including many other martial arts that complement our BJJ. The tournaments put on by Pacific Top Team give us a great introduction into competition without a big trip. All around this is a very well run business that I will be with for the long run.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! I was from out of town and just looking to train for a week. I did a few jiu jitsu classes and loved them. The instructors were amazing and I felt welcome immediately by the students. If you are in penticton I would highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Our son has loved his time at PTT. It's been incredibly exciting watching his confidence and understanding grow each month especially now that he's gotten to the point where he is able to implement the techniques during the wrestling portion of the class. As for the gym, it's always clean, and the staff and coaches are always super friendly. They've done a tremendous job navigating the ever changing health guidelines over the last year+ while trying to have as little impact on the kids classes as possible.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. I have had a little BJJ experience for my kids in the Seattle area before and I can tell you that their instructors (Andrew and Al) are top notch. We were only in town for a week but I emailed Brent (gym manager) in advance to figure out our schedule and he was so great with communication and so nice to allow us to drop in as out-of-towners. Our little guy completed chemo this past year for lymphoma and he is just now getting his health back. Even though he only went to a handful of classes at PTT, the instructors were SO patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable as well as naturally great with the little ones that he came out of it feeling physically and mentally empowered and strong which is something that he had lost to some degree over the past year. Do not hesitate to give them a try. We will be back for hockey camp next summer and can't wait to go back to PTT!

Fantastic experience: Overview: -Clean! -Great course structure -very welcoming -will have you swim in you own sweat -students are very nice -solid profs Hey guys, so my experience at this gym was superb. I train in Burnaby and travel around and I see many gyms. For the few times I went, it was among the best school i visited, most pleasant welcoming atmosphere and great rolls. Great course, experienced teachers and coachs I recommend anyone to at the very least go and meet the team and try it! I will see you on the matt somewhere in BC guys. Thanks for everything.

Fantastic experience: The staff was amazing!! We visited from out of town and our children attended the Tiny Champion as a drop in for the week and we were amazed by the professional coaching staff. Not only captured our children’s attention but made it fun as well. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: My kids love these classes. Starting with Tiny Champions (3-4 year olds) and going up, your kids will learn discipline and safety along with their BJJ technique. Fun and empowering, my kids beg to go to their classes 3 days a week.

Fantastic experience: My boys and I have been training at PTT Penticton for over 2 years and love it. Anytime I have entered the gym there is always this positive, supportive atmosphere. It is like having a 2nd family! The training is structured with discipline and you learn both competition style and self defence. The coach is very knowledgeable and has what I like to call "hawk eyes". Where as when he sees anyone doing a technique wrong or if it is right but it is missing minor details to make it better, he is correcting it right away. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

Negative experience: 2-7 Amateur fighter. IM not paying money to be trained by a unsuccessful amateur.
