Fantastic experience: Amazing experience here

Negative experience: First time I went there was no paper towel or soap, and after being informed it took them more then 3 hours to add new ones. Second time I went, there was pee all over the floor and when Informed about it the workers said “okay just let people know if you see them walking in”. No clean up, no sign, nothing. Their faculties are super dusty and dirty and nothing is taken care of when told to the staff.

Fantastic experience: Coach Jordan is an exceptional soccer coach with my kids, he is professional, kind, patient and an extremely competent coach.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous trainers, opportunity and staff! In particular Avi, he is always so helpful, friendly and proactive in making sure everyone has the best opportunities! Rugby clinic was a great example

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility, except when it rains (wet spots) Coach was engaged, knowledgeable, and has found a good team balance. Conveners and referees were professional. Sign up process was easy as well. Overall a great experience.

Fantastic experience: People here are great ! The programs they have are great for kids and it is very well organized. My son has been going here for the last 2 years doing their basketball program and it has opened up his skills and confidence in the game

Fantastic experience: Changed my son’s life. The basketball league program has built so much more confidence in my son in many aspects of his life. The coach’s, refs, scorers, staff, volunteers and parents have all been so nice. Thanks to everyone that is involved.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend doing the Volleyball Clinic if you’re new to the sport. My daughter is starting her 2nd clinic this week with coach Kevin. Her skills and confidence has improved significantly! I see her using what she learned at the clinic and applying it during the league games. I appreciate coach Kevin’s firm & fun coaching style that teaches skill, form and team etiquette. My daughter looks forward to the clinic classes because of Coach Kevin.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been doing Volleyball House League and Clinics since September 2022. We have been really happy with the coaching:) Being a beginner in the sport, it has been great to see her grow each week and we are happy to see how much she has improved. It’s been a great environment for her and she always looks forward to her next class.

Negative experience: Fancy gym but not a welcoming environment. The trainers weren't encouraging and the experience turned me off from group fitness for years.

Fantastic experience: Our daughter has been doing the AI volleyball program - both skills and league with Coach Kevin for two years. It’s been amazing watching her grow and her passion for the sport develop because of him. Incredible coach mixing both fun and firm when needed! We’ve had 5 friends join just on our recommendation! Thanks Coach for all your hard work! It does not go unnoticed!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been doing Volleyball House League and Clinics here for the past 2 years and we are very happy with the quality of coaching and positive environment. It was tough to learn a new sport, but she has improved so much since she started and looks forward to working hard and playing with her team every week!

Negative experience: Wow. Seriously wow. No one will return a call. I’ve tried the online “contact us” route, left 2 messages and called numerous other times. Not once was the phone answered OR any of the messages returned. I’ve never encountered a business with such a lack of concern for customers. Unreal AI, you’ve won the contest for worst customer service possibly ever…

Negative experience: NOT for beginners...rude, and intimidating. My daughter recently joined a volleyball clinic to learn skills and basics. The coach was rude and berated her in front of everyone. He told her she sucked, he said, "when you came in I was like "yikes." He criticized her, yet didn't show her one single skill or provide suggesstions to improve. Unless you already know intermediate volleyball skills, there is zero interest in properly instructing or coaching beginners. As a teacher, I would be forced on a leave and dragged to an inquest if I spoke to my students this way. Disgusting.

Fantastic experience: My son has loved every minute he's spent here.

Fantastic experience: Our son has been going here for a couple years now for their basketball programs and skills workshops and we can't say enough good things about this facility and the people who run it. Everything runs smoothly and the value for money is off the charts. I can't speak for the other programs (all of which I have also heard wonderful things about) but if you know someone who loves basketball and wants to improve their game - send them here. You won't regret it.

Negative experience: Great facility but terrible service! The second you start dealing with these people you realize you are not valued at all. They cancel your booking very last minute with no explanation and offer no help. even their trainers can’t be trusted to meet up for a session. i recommend calling in before you drive all the way out to this place to make sure they haven’t cancelled your booking to prioritize a group they like better or they maybe just don’t feel like working late.

Fantastic experience: My son plays for Orangeville Hawks and this facility is just fantastic. He had his tryouts here the last few years and wow is an understatement for the staff, facilities and energy. Such a great local spot. His older brother did a co-op here when they first opened and we have watched it evolve into such a great place.

Positive experience: Great training facility. Staff is very encouraging and really warm. Work well with kids to bring out the best in them. The facility is clean and very focused on sports training. My daughter just completed a basketball camp there. It was a good experience and I am sure she left with a better appreciation for the game.
