Fantastic experience: I've been to almost every boxing gym in Toronto and this is by far the best one. Doesn't matter why you're taking up boxing this place has you covered. Competing, exercise or just fun. They are so great with kids too. Can't recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: Great workout. Great coaches. The workouts are intense. You can do them as a group or private sessions. Either way, it’s a great way to get, and stay, in shape. Having been in other similar facilities in the past, I can honestly say this group of people care about your well-being and goals. You can also join the fight team and get more training.

Negative experience: I registered on the website and paid for 5 classes weeks ago. The first day I enrolled, Virgil answered the call and essentially told me to purchase the 5 classes and told me that it would be the best thing for me to do. I did that and I called to advise him i was having trouble registering for a class, he said it was because the class was full and that he would call me after he was done teaching to help me out. I have yet to hear from him. I have called multiple times including again today, with no answer. Instead I am getting an automated/ default text. I have had nothing but difficulty trying to navigate the site and book myself in for a class. I have tried calling and left multiple messages and not one person has called me back. Essentially they took my money and left me with a site that does not allow me to book. Quite unimpressed with not only the scheduling process on the site but mostly the lack of assistance Ive received throughout this frustrating process. I highly recommend not paying for 5 classes unless you want to lose out on the money.

Fantastic experience: Just started this week after the lockdown and I can honestly say the team and facility is great. The staff is by far the most supportive, friendly and caring staff. I was very skeptical at first, but after two sessions.. I am def joining. The facility is well maintained as well.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy going to the gym, and it makes you feel strong and good after a hard class. The coaches are amazing and supportive, and everyone is nice, except this one guy Noelle. But anyway, if your looking to get a good workout, or start boxing, start here, it's awesome!

Fantastic experience: Never in a million years would I picture myself joining a boxing gym. I didn’t think middle-aged out of shape women did such things. With the encouragement of my kids and husband (who are also members) I joined. It’s been such a great experience! My coach Geoff is spectacular. He’s been able to teach me so much in such little time while accommodating for my pre existing injuries. Thank you to Geoff and Jen for all your hard work, especially during these challenging times.
