Fantastic experience: I showed up to spin in the summer. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleased to find a fabulous resistance work out, a great community, some cool beats, and some new friends. It's become a place I just simply can show up as I am and leave feeling a million times better.

Fantastic experience: I went to a spin class many years ago when I was cycling a lot. This class was next level and the instructor was amazing. If you want to check out your fitness level this a great way to do it.

Fantastic experience: I tried a Spinco class for the first time, and it was a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so helpful and welcoming, which made me feel instantly comfortable. Even though it was my first spin class, the instructor Lillian made it fun and the workout was intense in the best way possible. I really appreciated the dim lighting in the room it created a great atmosphere and made me feel less like I was on display, which is perfect for first-timers. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Fantastic experience: I love spinco, I started spinning when I injured myself running and it has been the best workout I've ever done. Music is great, makes you feel good after and it's ALWAYS challenging plus it's fun so it helps you to stay motivated. I recommend that anyone try this, even if you are overweight this is a place that makes you feel welcome and supported no matter what and accepts all people. It's a wonderful service and experience that they offer, I highly recommend it and I love the instructors and how unique they each are while bringing their own flavour of challenge.

Rachael's classes are fantastic – her energy is contagious! Plus, I'm loving the sleek and user-friendly design of the app.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first class today, and all I can say is WOW! I have really bad anxiety, so pushing myself to take a class was hard. However, as soon as I entered the building, all my worries were left at the door. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the studio is impeccably clean and bright. My instructor, Shannon, took the time to help me set up my bike at the beginning of class. I didn’t feel pressured to push myself beyond what I was physically capable of, but Shannon’s positivity and encouragement helped me give it my all. It’s hard to believe it when people say a place is judgment-free, but I can say 100% that there is not a sliver of judgment at SPINCO <3 I’m looking forward to going back!

Fantastic experience: The Westshore location is spacious, spotless, and filled with happy staff who just want you to have a great workout and a good time. Every time I ride, I feel my heart getting stronger. 10/10, A++!

Fantastic experience: Did a drop in with my work and the staff has great enthusiasm and contagious attitudes, it was a enjoyable and scalable workout for all skill levels meaning you never leave feeling like you didn’t give it your all. It’s a great way to stay in shape and fun environment to get into or maintain your physical health.

Fantastic experience: I had never been to a Spin class before and I was super nervous but everyone there from the front staff, to the other riders and the instructors make me feel so comfortable. I am close to completing my 25th class and I’m excited to keep going and getting to 50 then 100 and so on.

Fantastic experience: Spin is the best thing that could have ever happened to me! Since joining in August, I have lost over 15 pounds. Although it is about the weight for me, it has also been about the mental wellness. After going to spin in the morning, I feel great for the rest of the day. My mind feels clear and I feel energized and ready for work. The instructors at Westshore are amazing and I highly recommend giving spin a try. You will be hooked.
