Fantastic experience: I joined this dojo in June 2023 after visiting multiple gyms. Andre is not only an amazing coach, but a phenomenal martial artist and world champion. Several of his students have been with him 20+ years—so that speaks volumes. You absolutely will not find any better dojo or instructor for both Karate and MMA anywhere. True authentic Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate. I've had to take a few months off for work but am eager to get back in the dojo asap. Look no further than Tiger's Lair Karate!

Fantastic experience: I brought my 4 years old son to Tiger's Lair Karate school back in 2019 randomly, it turns out he has had an incredible experience training under Shihan Andre Lemieux. Andre's expertise, patience, and dedication to his students are evident in every class. He goes beyond teaching karate techniques, instilling values like discipline, respect, and self-confidence. Even when we were in the Covid period, Andre's passionate and dedication to karate did not go away, he unconditionally offered online teachings to encourage his students kept practicing. My another 3 years old son also joined Tiger's Lair this year. They both look forward to every session, I have seen tremendous growth in their skills and character since joining. I've learned a lot here I love the training and there is so many different types of training as well like Mma , karate, jiu jutsu , kick boxing and even personal training out of all the options you pick you'll always get a great work out! Sensi Lemieux Really Knows his stuff, my son David Has Been going for years now and will continue going as he enjoys it. Kids are all pre screened before entering the dojo temps are taken as soon as you enter, hands are always sanitized and social distancing is practised while entering . I highly recommend this dojo to anyone looking to get their kids into something that will really benefit them.

Fantastic experience: Every tournament we attend where Sensi Lemieux is assisting with judging I see examples of true unbiased leadership...constant techincal feedback for development, constructive reminders on showing respect for all competitors ( remaining quiet while in queue , not celebrating in the ring when you get a likely winning score etc) and having that quick intimate word to help kids he is judging to find the power within to continue on when they find themselves overwhelmed . I can only imagine the exponential benefit students with him as a master receive.
