I also love how spacious it is—you never feel cramped even during peak hours. If you’re looking for a gym that keeps you motivated and helps you push your limits, this is the place. Fantastic experience: Level Up is the best gym that I have had the pleasure of using. Equipment is top notch, the facility is extremely clean, and staff is friendly and professional. I have never had to wait long to use a bench or machine. Contrary to most other fitness facilities, it is an enjoyable place to spend time. The quality of my workouts has greatly improved since joining. Towel service, infrared sauna, and massage chairs are perks that I enjoy the most. Membership is well worth the investment if you are committed to your fitness routine.

Fantastic experience: Kateryna is my PT and she’s great, pushes me at the right amount, and knows what workouts to do based on my goals! The gym is very nice and clean as well, love the infrared sauna. :)

Unlike other gyms in the area, you’ll never have to deal with broken machines, overcrowding, or a lack of proper equipment. Positive experience: Very clean, modern place, not crowded and clientele looks cool. The one major (glaring) barrier to me signing up is the lighting. I feel like a yogurt in an over-exposed grocery aisle display. The blue hexagonal lighting is intense, especially at night when your circadian rhythm needs warm tones. I have a few friends who don't like this as well. Fix this problem and sign-ups will go up.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Kits by far that Ive joined. I did my tour here two weeks back and immediately signed up afterwards. Very good quality machines with a wide variety and awesome additional stuff with my membership (like using the AI Massage chairs, Sauna and complimentary cappuccinos ) Very clean space and friendly helpful staff!

I also highly recommend train with Kateryna at the gym as she’s a brilliant trainer. She pushes hard and makes you want to be better as well. 10/10 recommended!

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing, the machines are all brand new and very advanced and the trainers and staff are warm and welcoming. The massage chair and sauna are to die for!! I especially appreciate Kateryna, my personal trainer - she has introduced me to lifting and I am so grateful for her continued support and encouragement.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful facility, welcoming staff and a lot of great equipment. The gym also has very high end amenities such as infrared saunas, and full body AI massage beds. Definitely enhances your gym experience overall and I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I completed my last round of chemo in April 2023 and I'm really looking forward to regaining my strength. I started training with Katrina in February 2024, and it's been 6 months now. She recently asked me to join Level up. At first I feel a bit insecure and shy about going to the gym, but Level Up is such a welcoming and clean environment. I love the massage chair, equipment, and the multi-spectrum sauna. I'm excited about getting stronger, and Katrina's support makes me feel empowered and strong.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The infrared sauna and AI massage chairs are just what you need after a workout! If 10 stars were an option, I’d give it without a second thought!

I highly recommend getting a membership! Location is great as I love to hit the Kits beach after completing a solid workout.

Fantastic experience: Kitsilano needed Level Up SO bad. The other nearest gym is crowded, outdated, and in a space that makes it really hard to effectively organize each area. I hope Level Up opens in all major Vancouver neighbourhoods so that if I ever move, I won't have to give up the best gym ever!! My sign up process was pleasant and effortless—not like the pushy, sales-y onboarding experiences at most other gyms I've been to in Vancouver. Everyone on staff at the gym is welcoming, friendly, and I actually ask the staff questions when I have them rather than avoid them at all costs. The gym is always clean, with fantastic, brand new equipment. My most favourite thing is that I've never had to wait for a piece of equipment or machine, and the entire gym floor was super effectively planned and laid out. I've yet to workout with more than four other people there at the same, which makes for such a smooth, peaceful, friction free workout! Also, don't let their Instagram fool you, Level Up has members of varying body types and fitness levels, and irregardless, every member has been pleasant and respectful too. By far my most favourite gym ever!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with the latest technology and the most amazing massage chair ever! The founder Peter is an awesome, positive and hands on owner that makes you feel loved and welcome anytime you are there for a workout. Definitely check this gym out as their membership program is awesome and unique!

Negative experience: Editing my review as I've just concluded my time at this facility. Pro's: The gym is generally really quiet (Mornings), equipment is well-maintained, facility is very sanitary. Con's: Parking so inconvenient, requires you walking 1.5 blocks to enter the gym. The facility feels easily overcrowded (Even with only a few people), Price point is high based on the lackluster amenities (No fresh-food/smoothie options, 1-person small sauna not made for commercial use, very small footprint for all facilities, no class options), and lastly the arrogance and general poor customer service by some members of staff. Overall it's a fine gym, I'd give this 3* if it weren't for the really poor customer service experiences I've had combined with the premium pricing.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for 3 months now and it has been amazing thus far. Every staff member I’ve interacted with here is top notch and the community is super dedicated and friendly. All equipment is 10/10, they make use of the space very well without it ever feeling remotely cramped. The amenities are also very nice, I don’t have to carry towels around with me everywhere since they have towel service, and the showers are super clean and spacious. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: As someone who's struggled with their mental health since the third month of 2020 for reasons that seem unclear now - and always felt not quite at home in large, traditional, budget, battery hen/factory farm gyms - even when I was younger and genuinely in great shape with a good knowledge of my routine and my capabilities/prefences... 'Level up' has been a significant factor in pulling myself out of a rut. An open welcoming space that manages to not be intimidatingly large. Plenty of resistance machines, free weights and cardio machines, with an area dedicated to floor work as well. This place has all the bells and whistles of saunas and massage machines but ultimately it's a great place to start moving again in a calm and peaceful environment. All staff members (sorry I'm a 'face person) have been kind and receptive to my less than glamorous starting position and helped me to simply turn up for the time being. Doing something is better than nothing if that's where your head is at and it won't be just that way forever. Coffee on tap is also a much appreciated touch. Who needs pre-workout. Inflation has hit most of us significantly, if you're lucky enough to have the means, opportunity and provision to stretch to their costs vs. a more run of mill gym. I would highly recommend, particularly if you're exercise naive or you've been out of the game a little too long and need a less competitive/aggressive environment to get you internally motivated for gym attendance.

Fantastic experience: Been a week since I joined Level Up. I have to say, this is perhaps the nicest gym I’ve worked out at. I’ve said this about other gyms as well, but Level Up just goes up a notch!!!!! Don’t judge by the space, it has everything for everyone. The equipment is smooth, the environment and lighting is absolutely amazing and overall, love it. Couldn’t be any happier to have a gym that has equipment I’ve only seen in photos/videos and now actually using it, feels surreal A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO Peter, Mahdi, Justin and my gym bro Ocean!!!! Super cool staff and they’ve always got your back. Happy to be a part of the Level Up Fam!

Fantastic experience: Definitely an experience, not only is it great with a lot of accessory machines it has a wide range of dumbbell sets and a beauty of a room to deadlift in. Went here expecting a gym but they provide much more and beyond from luxurious & complimentary things like a sauna with a stereo system and the massage seats! The massage chair was definitely my favourite, I wish I tried out the sauna but didn’t get a chance! 10/10
