Fantastic experience: Been working out here for four months- my fitness has improved (post surgery) and my pain has stabilized to just some general tightness. I’m getting a better understanding of my body awareness despite being an athlete prior; credited to the expertise and kindness of this studios instructors and ownership. Other studios have the same/similar workouts but instructors here are dedicated. I would recommend this facility especially for any men of any age needing a challenge or looking to maintain a balance of cardio or resistance. Thank you F45! Patrons and instructors are top notch! ^_^

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to F45 for almost 5 months now and cannot say enough good things. The coaches take the time to get to know you and encourage you on your fitness journey without any judgement or intimidation. The other members are fun and friendly. I actually look forward to working out now and can’t imagine my life without F45 Grimsby

Fantastic experience: After 3 years loving F45 while I lived in Milton I moved to Grimsby and took a hiatus thinking I could do it on my own with the guidance I gained. After a couple of years of lost motivation, stagnant work outs, and not pushing myself, I joined F45 Grimsby and quickly remembered how important and impactful the motivation and encouragement was. F45 Grimsby was no exception and I was made to feel powerful again and not only get the motivation from the trainers but the encouragement and sense of community from the other members!

Fantastic experience: This gym is incredible! I recently switched gyms to F45 and can’t wait for my next workout. The coaches are incredible. So helpful with correcting form, but also bringing the best energy to every class. There is literally no negativity at all in these walls. The owners have built an amazing community and I’m so happy to be part of it. They give modifications for every exercise so you don’t need to be fit to start. The vibes are immaculate - from the members to the music! We love this gym!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has always found the gym intimidating I can honestly say that F45 has been the most positive experience for me. All the coaches are supportive, helpful and welcoming which make the classes more enjoyable. Not only are the coaches great but all the members are so encouraging and motivated which help push me to do the best for me. I love how the entire workout is shown and the coaches walk around to ensure safety and form. Although a great workout is still tough mental and physical F45 definitely helps to make it more manageable :) Larissa

Fantastic experience: So glad I called and did a drop-in class 6 months ago. I'd been shy about getting back into fitness and these classes have been the perfect way for me to do so. Exercises are laid out and ready for you to jump right in after excellent instructions from wonderful coaches. The community they've built is amazing, everyone is very supportive of one another. I can even take a shower before going into work (in some beautiful facilities). I can't say enough good stuff, love coming here!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for f45! I had hard time getting into a fitness routine since I had kids and was pretty nervous to try it out since I was not in the best shape, however, I have felt comfortable and supported by the knowledgeable coaches at every single class. F45 is perfect for a quick and effective workout. The 530 am class time has allowed me to get out of the house before anyone is awake and get my day started on the right foot. I feel stronger and have more energy since I joined which is exactly what this tired mom needed

Fantastic experience: I have been an active individual all my life, but after having my two little ones I’ve struggled to be motivated to carve out time to get to the gym!! F45 has helped me be motivated. It’s fast and fun. The group is amazing and the coaches are attentive and just lively people. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Bar none, best studio in the game! I have done drop ins at a couple studios so far, however the atmosphere at Grimcity F45 stays unmatched. High energy, motivational coaches and most of all just positive vibes. Starts at the the top, Meg/Ian keep it with the crew and they will keep the ship goin!

Fantastic experience: First time ever going to a gym. I was/am still very nervous going but its getting easier every day. Most people there seem like regulars but every trainer I have had has been very nice, welcoming and very supportive. The workouts seem like they would be too hard for newbies but with fantastic coaches and accommodations if needed in each station, I definitely recommend going to the Grimsby location. Shout out to my favourite trainers...Shaunda and Micheline are fantastic!!

I find the high intensity 45 minute workouts really effective for reaching my goals while avoiding injuries as the coaches are very knowledgable and always correcting improper form. Fantastic experience: Obsessed! Re-starting my fitness journey after having my son was scary and I avoided it - my friend convinced me to try a workout at F45 Grimsby and I instantly loved it. The consent support during the workout and the hype up prior was exactly what I needed to keep coming back for more. The fun, energetic atmosphere from the coaches pushes you and drives you to do more and feel better ! 110% recommend this location !

Fantastic experience: From my first day on my trial I knew this was SO for me. Megan and Ian were so welcoming. It was a completely new world to me! Not necessarily fitness but the structure of F45. Once my trial was up I knew I had to lock in and sign up. It’s honestly the best part of my day, it changes my mood and in those 45 minutes you WORK, and push yourself. The trainers are all amazing and encourage you throughout the workout. So happy to of joined the F45 family :)

Fantastic experience: Still sweating!! Amazing facility and staff! I signed up for a trial and the communication was clear, easy to follow and inviting. They have small cubbies there for personal items and provide workout towels (most definitely needed ). Class was well explained with modifications provided, other members were very friendly and the class was great for all ages and fitness levels (from beginners to advanced). Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: This is honestly an incredible workout studio in a very convenient location and checks off so many boxes of what I was looking for in a gym! -Really supportive and encouraging community. -All of the trainers are amazing and super helpful. -Fun, but focused on our form and progress. I’m always pumped to go in for my workouts everyday and I was super shy walking into their location, but everyone made me feel super welcomed!

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in those doors on my first day. But the welcoming community, the personal trainers who knew my name within minutes and the incredible workout were unlike anything I expected! I have never been so excited or motivated to get to the gym as many times a week as possible. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and I love every single class (even when I hate it lol)
