Negative experience: I attempted to close my account here over a period of 4-6 months with zero success. This experience ranged from sending multiple emails, phone calls, and in person visits with me signing forms more than once, and they still wouldn't close the account. Be aware, if you sign up at this gym that it is in fact long term commitment, they will continuously charge your account long after you've canceled.

Positive experience: Their sauna is constantly broken. Monthly it goes down it seems. It's very frustrating gearing up to go in the sauna after a workout and realising 15 minutes later that it won't be getting any warner and you've just wasted your time.

Positive experience: Great, quiet gym. All the machines you could ask for and then some. Dumbbells go up to 120lbs. Tanning is offered but not included in membership. Morning day care is included. Weekend hours could be more convenient be being open later. Cash bar for pre and post drinks. Membership is definitely pricey considering all of the pop-up $10/mo gyms lately. It's worth it for me due to proximity to home plus how low-traffic it is. Never have to wait for machine and everyone who goes here knows proper gym etiquette!

Positive experience: I've been a member for 3 years now and am very satisfied with the facilities. Equipment is almost always available. I love the fact that it's rarely busy and there are times when I'm at the gym alone which is awesome. The only downfall is that they could update their rubber bands and medicine balls. The equipment can be more updated. Staff is super friendly!
